SCRC #674 East Gothia

Anyone may apply for membership in SCRC, however in Sweden it is up to the chapter 1st Officer to approve the member application to his or her chapter. To become a member of Chapter #674 East Gothia each new member will be checked by the 1st Officer to insure that the individual is not in trouble with the law or in Bad Standing (BS) within the MC Culture or in any other way can harm SCRC or be a threat to present SCRC members in any way, matter or form. Once this is done, the applicant will need to show that he or she is Active enough (see SCRC constitution) before the applicant is approved membership in the chapter. Chapter #674 East Gothia function on a "Democratic foundation", with that said, all chapter members will have their say before an applicant is approved membership in Chapter #674 East Gothia. The final Word lay however with the 1st Officer. This is a new chapter that is one of several in Gotaland county in Sweden; the chapter was established on July 10, 2015 and the First Officer is Schassen (Sarge). Our aim is to have fun and safe rides, both short and long; we therefore strive after discipline when ever riding in group. Discipline should be maintained through awareness during the rides and by following the rules that will be presented by the Road Captain and/or Tailgunner of the ride. In this chapter it is our aim to follow the lead of Chapter #626 Homelake in regards to the usage of Road Captains (RC), Tailgunners (TG) and Road Guards (RG) as well as miscellaneous hand signals.
