🧹 SWEEP COMPLETE. 🧹

⚾ Game 1: 10-0 (Mercy Rule, 5 innings)
⚾ Game 2: 7-3

Göteborg came to town, but left empty-handed.

Game 1 was all about dominance. We jumped out early and never looked back, ending things after 5 innings with a 10-0 mercy-rule win. Barrett was untouchable on the mound, throwing a complete-game shutout while allowing just 2 hits and giving Göteborg no chance to build momentum.

Game 2 was a tougher battle. Göteborg came out swinging and kept things close early. After Binul gave us 3 solid innings and limited the damage to 3 runs, we needed someone to slam the door shut.

Enter Barrett.

Four more scoreless innings. Momentum shifted. Bats came alive. Ballgame.

Final score: 7-3.

A complete team effort with big plays, clutch hits, and lights-out pitching all weekend long. 💪⚾

Yesterday, the Karlstad Loggers traveled to Enköping for a doubleheader. ⚾
We started the day with a hard-fought 12–10 victory, showing great determination and teamwork to come out on top in a close game.
Second game didn’t quiet go as planned, making us fall 5–13.
We leave Enköping with one win, valuable lessons, and plenty of motivation as we continue the season. 💚💛⚾

This Sunday we will see you at Skutberget where we will play a match against Gothenburg.

Every game is an opportunity to learn and grow.

Previous weekend brought challenges against Enköping where the outcome wasn't as exepcted.
Last weekend we got a strong response against Gothenburg, finishing with a big 14-4 win. ⚾️

Tomorrow we travel to Enköping for another doubleheader. The team has put in the work this week, and we're ready for the challenge ahead!

Tough start to the Region Series for Karlstad Loggers. Game 1 ended in a 7-4 loss, followed by a 12-1 result in Game 2.
Not the outcome we wanted, but we’re taking the experience, learning from it, and coming back stronger.
