ESN section in BTH (Blekinge Tekniska Högskola) is the student organization for all international

ESN BTH is here to welcome the Erasmus and International Student of BTH. We promote the exchange between people from different cultures through different events during the year. We held events and activities for the students at BTH but also journeys allowing to discover the Swedish culture and environment. We are also pleased to help incoming students if they have questions regarding Karlskrona, h

ousing situation, transports. If there is any question, we will be glad to give tips to prepare your Erasmus journey to Karlskrona. We are located in Rotundan with office hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays. But in case you cannot come those days, just send us a message and we try our best to meet your needs.

This message is for the new students of ESN and provides important information.
-For travelling around Karlskrona and the region you can use the Blekingetrafiken app (remember to activate the ticket just before entering the train/bus or inside)
-You can go to most of the islands around Karlskrona for free by Ferry (recommended)
-Beer is in general really cheap, but you can go by ferry to Poland and get as much alcohol as you can for a good price 😉
-ESN Timetravels is responsible for some amazing trips that you can book during your stay. Ask for an ESN Card to get discount for this trips!
-ESN also arranges a Seabattle trip, which is a cruise including a lot of parties and a visit to a city like Talinn for example
-Fox and Anchor organises a karaoke every Thursday and you can go out there in the weekend
-At the moment you can go to the Marine Museum and Blekinge Museum for free. (But not for long)
-Recommended restaurants to go are Antonio’s and Montmatre
-You can go to the Malkars gym for free for 1 month and enjoy Sauna and Massage chairs
-Beer in the studentpub is generally cheap compared to Fox and Anchor.
-BTH offers some sports like badminton, bouldering, football and floorball.
-Karlskrona has an Icehockey team which is enjoyable to watch and only for 5 euros
-Camping Dragsö has a minigolf track and canoeing rentals services.
