From hard-hitting root legends to rising stars, this year’s band poster is stacked with pure energy, passion, and unforgettable live moments waiting to happen. Whether you're here for the mosh pits, the melodies, or the community, this is shaping up to be something truly special.

Y’all give a warm Bootfest welcome to Western Lights at Bootfest Sweden 2026!

An American expat, a lost Icelander, and a Swedish wannabe Viking… yeah, sounds like the start of a wild story – and honestly, it kinda is.

Western Lights bring those easygoing, stripped-down takes on their favorite country tunes and Americana classics. Think chill vibes, good harmonies, and the kind of sound that just hits right as the sun’s going down

And here’s something real special – for the first time ever, we’ve got an artist from Iceland hittin’ the Bootfest stage 🇮🇸

⭐We proudly present VAN TASTIK⭐
VAN TASTIK is an American Artist who has been around the world, through hell, and back again.
VAN TASTIK shines like a black sun, infusing their music with a magnetic energy that captivates and inspires like the traveling preachers of old.
Jumping into crowds and celebrating the hardships of life through music.
Creating warmth and familiarity through humor, crowd participation, hollerin’, and foot-stompin’.
Their shows are a riveting and calculated pastiche of some eerie, forgotten Pentecostal travellin’ church service.
Following a very successful 2023 leading up to their album launch, VAN TASTIK has risen further in 2024 with upcoming releases, a highly successful West Coast Tour with Lightning Luke and King Strang and East Coast Tour.
Notably VAN TASTIK appeared with artists such as Cam Cole, The Bridge City Sinners and Left Lane Cruiser and festivals such as Wacken Open Air, Rotterdam Bluegrass, Muddy Roots Tennessee, 3 consecutive years at Muddy Roots Europe, a breakthrough set at Culemborg Blues and a sold out debut album release tour.
According to the Fallen Reverend “The Darkness” has just been misbranded - it’s literally a party and a chase for all of us to light up the dark! It’s the very dark room in which we are enjoying VAN’s Dark Delta Rock coming together to celebrate the moment united through music and common experience.
¡But beware! You may leave with more energy than you came with!
And as VAN always says before closing off a show: “May The Darkness be with You".

BootFest 2026 – Seven Ride Again

BootFest is hyped to bring y’all a band that’ll have your boots stompin’ and your drinks disappear real quick:

🌟Kings Cross Stringband 🌟

Serving up a killer mix of Bluegrass, Old Time, Americana, and a splash of Irish flavor, Kings Cross Stringband brings straight-up good vibes wherever they play — from rowdy pubs and dusty barns to front porches and big festival stages. These folks don’t just play music… they throw down.

Hailing from Örebro, Sweden, the crew includes:
Philip Henning – Banjo
Anton Andersson – Guitar
Johannes Broborn – Mandolin
Emelia Eklund – Bass

They crank out jam-packed Bluegrass classics, and if you’re feelin’ brave, bring your instrument and jump in. They’re all about that community jam energy. No gatekeeping here.

With their second album dropping in 2023, they’ve been gaining serious momentum and winning over fans with their speed, soul, grit, and straight-up badass Bluegrass spirit.
