Centre for Healthcare Architecture Centre for Healthcare Architecture is a national arena for the creation, translation, exchange and dissemination of knowledge about healthcare architecture

CVA works with national and international research groups. In its outreach role CVA initiates and implements development projects together with the Swedish County Councils. CVA has also established itself as a national venue for the sharing of knowledge by regularly organizing seminars, theme days and workshops. The commissions of the Centre for Healthcare Architecture are:
• Collect existing nat

ional and international research on Healthcare Architecture
• Compile and disseminate it in Sweden
• Identify new research needs
• Initiate and conduct new research
• Implement research results in Sweden
• Develop ideas and visions for future healthcare architecture
• Be a meeting place and coordinate the knowledge building nationally
• Perform postgraduate education
• Stimulate education and training
