Following our report in 2024, this edition includes updates regarding university collaborations, as well as the complicity of relevant Israeli institutions of higher education. This report not only highlights broken principles but focuses precisely on justice. Swedish universities need to follow the lead of bold institutions in Norway, Spain, and beyond by boycotting Israeli apartheid universities and standing up for the inalienable Palestinian right of self-determination and return.

WASSAP (Workers and Students in Swedish Academia for Palestine) has just completed our new report "Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions Report for Swedish Universities: Academic boycott as an act of justice for Palestine".

Building on our 2024 report, we show how Swedish universities – at a time when even liberal international law recognizes Israel's genocide – have persistently failed to uphold justice.

The report also features updates on Israeli universities' role in the genocide, their ongoing collaborations with Swedish institutions, and practical steps to end complicity.
