Monday – the first day of the month and of the summer.

In between the air raids, we plan the week’s work. Time passes so quickly.
‌
We are soon leaving for the summer camp in Sweden. Preparations for the journey are our priority today. The bus, the ferry, the border documents and much else.
‌
So please pray for us that we do everything correctly and forget nothing.
‌

Hi!

I’m finishing the 9th grade at school this year. I wish to go on to upper secondary for the grades 10 and 11.

The next studies will be for becoming car mechanic. I enjoy fixing cars and motorcycles. My brother has taught me.

A car of my own is a great dream. It will require a lot of work.

My friends and I sometimes go fishing after school.

We live, work, plan ahead.

The last Monday of the spring!

How many strike drones were launched over Ukraine today? - the question that starts our every morning. In mid-May, almost 1,000 UAVs were launched over Ukraine in just one night.
‌
What will the day be like? That’s unknown…
‌
But the team is focusing on the summer camp in Sweden. There are lots of things to organize, plan and achieve.
‌
And planning a journey abroad during the war is no easy task!
‌
The situation changes every week, day, hour and minute.
‌
The war has been going on for over 1 550 days, and it is continuing.
‌

Life between alarms
The air raid alarms disturb our life.
‌
The football game between Friend’s House and Starabasan upper school had to be delayed twice due to severe alarm.
‌
The kids sat in the shelter and waited.
But finally, they could play.
‌
The game was worth watching. The youngsters from the school took the initiative, but in the end, Friend’s House won.

We have air raid alerts very often, which means that we stay at home then.
I wish the war ends and mother comes back to Ukraine as soon as possible. I miss her.
