Invitation for International Youth Exchange: The project ‘CreActivity: Act To Create, Create to Act’ will explore creativity as a tool for personal development and social change.
The first part of the project will focus on unblocking the creative mind and exploring creative tools such as writing, performance, photography, video, collage, and stop-motion.
In the second part, we will investigate what social action is, what we really care about, and how we can use our creativity to collectively communicate a meaningful message.

Project objectives:
-to empower youth to use their creativity to express themselves and communicate about topics that matter to them
-to improve well-being and use creativity as a tool for self discovery and personal development
-to facilitate discussion on social topics and learn how to take action on important issues

Accommodation, food, and travel costs will be fully covered by the Erasmus+ program.

👩‍🍳Soul Kitchen🥘

Project Description:
🌎The food system is broken. With “Soul Kitchen” we want to share stories and ideas about food from around the world from poeple who are searching for the ways to fix it.

🍱We find it important to understand how it’s being produced, processed and trasported, consumed and recycled.
🥨We want to start the conversation about fair-labour, biodiversity
waste, food colonisation and to bring our stories to the kitchen through recipes and learn through food.

📆When? From the 13th to the 25t of August
📌Where? In Grünheide-Kagel, Germany 🇩🇪

OPEN CALL FOR SWEDEN-BASED PARTICIPANTS FOR YOUTH EXCHANGE IN GERMANY

Walk The Talk Sweden has the opportunity to send 4 participants (18-30 years) and 1 group leader (with no age limit) for the youth exchange
🌳Back To Nature 3.0🌿

🌱The international youth exchange aims to increase the connection between young people and nature. For many youngsters, everyday stress and online news are overwhelming and negatively affect their well-being. Spending time in nature can help us “charge our batteries” and find inspiration for our lives. Appreciating nature fosters a deeper understanding of the importance of the environment and sustainability.

🌲The project will introduce young participants to a region of Germany that stands out for its natural beauty and ecological diversity. During the process, participants will explore the local environment and each others' cultures in an outdoor setting. At the youth exchange participants will have the opportunity to discuss environmental issues on the local and international levels, do hikes, take part in workshops, meet locals, and organize the open day for the community.

📆When? From the 13th to the 26t of April
📌Where? In Rathen, Germany 🇩🇪
🪙 Participation fee: 20 Euro (Accommodation, food, and travel costs will be fully covered by the Erasmus+ program)

In august one of our members had the opportunity to participate in the Recharge Youthwork erasmus plus mobility project organised by LernLabor Berlin. Through the 3 part program youth workers explored the topic of burnout, while recharging through Hiking, Movement practices, and Rock Climbing. The project explored new approaches to non-formal education and gave opportunity to gain balance, inspiration and motivation.

The organisation launched activities in the
beginning of 2022 in support of the Ukrainian refugees in the
town of Vadstena: it conducted a series of language courses for
both adults and children and arranged a cultural activity where
locals and refugees together celebrated a Swedish traditional
festivity.
