من بوابة جامعة نيالا، لم يكن العمل مجرد صيانة لجدرانٍ أو تجديدٍ لواجهة، بل كان خطوة أولى في طريقٍ أكبر… طريق استعادة واحدة من أهم منارات العلم والمعرفة في مدينة نيالا.
هذه البوابة التي نراها اليوم ليست مجرد مدخل للجامعة؛ إنها رمز لإرادةٍ قررت أن تبدأ من جديد، وأن تقول إن ما تهدّم يمكن أن يُبنى، وإن ما انطفأ يمكن أن يعود نوراً.
فالجامعة ليست حجراً وإسمنتاً فقط…
إنها أحلام آلاف الطلاب، وذاكرة أجيال، ومستقبل مدينة بأكملها.
واليوم، ومع اقتراب اكتمال المرحلة الأولى من أعمال التأهيل، نؤمن أن ما تحقق ليس نهاية الطريق، بل مجرد بداية… فالبوابة بداية، أما النقلة الكبيرة فهي أن تعود جامعة نيالا إلى مكانتها، نابضةً بالعلم، حاضنةً لأحلام أبنائها، ومنارةً تضيء طريق المستقبل.
نحن لا نعيد تأهيل بوابة فقط… نحن نفتح بوابةً جديدة نحو المستقبل.
ومن أجل أن تكتمل هذه الصورة، تظل الحاجة قائمة إلى كل يدٍ تمتد بالعون، وكل جهةٍ تؤمن بأن دعم التعليم هو دعمٌ للإنسان، وبناء الجامعة هو بناءٌ لمستقبل نيالا.

Today, as the first phase of rehabilitation nears completion, we believe this is not the end of the road, but merely the beginning. The gate is a start, but the true transformation lies in Nyala University reclaiming its rightful place—pulsing with knowledge, nurturing its students' dreams, and standing as a beacon that illuminates the path to the future.
We are not just rehabilitating a gate… we are opening a new gateway to the future.
To complete this vision, we continue to need every helping hand and every entity that believes supporting education means supporting humanity, and that building the university means building the future of Nyala.

من بوابة جامعة نيالا، لم يكن العمل مجرد صيانة لجدرانٍ أو تجديدٍ لواجهة، بل كان خطوة أولى في طريقٍ أكبر… طريق استعادة واحدة من أهم منارات العلم والمعرفة في مدينة نيالا.
هذه البوابة التي نراها اليوم ليست مجرد مدخل للجامعة؛ إنها رمز لإرادةٍ قررت أن تبدأ من جديد، وأن تقول إن ما تهدّم يمكن أن يُبنى، وإن ما انطفأ يمكن أن يعود نوراً.

إنها أحلام آلاف الطلاب، وذاكرة أجيال، ومستقبل مدينة بأكملها.

من منارة التعليم، من جامعة نيالا؛ هذا الصرح الذي تختزن جدرانه ذاكرة مدينة، وإرث أمة، وحكايات أجيالٍ تعاقبت على دروب العلم والمعرفة، نواصل العمل بإيمانٍ كبير بأن إعادة إعمار هذا المكان ليست مجرد ترميمٍ لجدران، بل هي إعادة إحياء لروح العلم، وصونٌ لإرثٍ ثقافي وفكري عظيم.
نعمل اليوم بجد، ونضع خطوةً تلو الأخرى في طريق إعادة هذا الصرح إلى مكانته التي تليق به.
البوابة ليست سوى البداية… بدايةٌ تحمل في تفاصيلها نقلةً أكبر، ورسالةً أعمق: أن ما تهدّم يمكن أن يُبنى من جديد، وأن العلم مهما قست عليه الظروف، يظل قادرًا على أن يكون نقطة البداية نحو مستقبلٍ أفضل.

دفءٌ في مواجهة برد الشتاء.. دعم جديد لأسر مركز إيواء الزهراء
مع اقتراب فصل الشتاء، واستمرار هطول أمطار الخريف التي تزيد من معاناة الأسر التي تفتقد المأوى الملائم، تواصل غرف الاستجابة الإنسانية – نيالا تدخلاتها الإنسانية للوقوف إلى جانب الفئات الأكثر احتياجًا.
وفي هذا الإطار، تم تقديم دعم لعدد من الأسر داخل مركز إيواء الزهراء، شمل:
100 دفاية
100 فرشة
100 إبريق
100 بطارية
ويأتي هذا التدخل استجابةً للاحتياجات العاجلة للأسر الأكثر هشاشة، خاصة الأطفال والأمهات والأسر التي تفتقر إلى وسائل التدفئة ومستلزمات الحياة الأساسية، بما يساهم في توفير قدر من الدفء والأمان خلال فصل الشتاء.
ورغم هذا الدعم، لا تزال أعداد كبيرة من الأسر داخل مراكز الإيواء تواجه نقصًا حادًا في مواد الإيواء والاحتياجات الأساسية، الأمر الذي يجعل استمرار الدعم والمساندة ضرورة إنسانية ملحّة.
فكل دعم يصل إلى هذه الأسر لا يمثل مجرد مساعدة عابرة، بل يساهم في حماية طفل، ودفء أم، وتأمين حياة أسرة تفتقر إلى أبسط مقومات الاستقرار.

Warmth Against the Winter Chill: New Support for Families at Al-Zahra Shelter Center
As winter approaches and autumn rains continue to exacerbate the suffering of families lacking adequate shelter, the Humanitarian Response Rooms – Nyala continue their humanitarian interventions to stand by the most vulnerable groups.
In this context, support was provided to a number of families at the Al-Zahra Shelter Center, including:
100 heaters
100 sleeping mats
100 water pitchers
100 batteries
This intervention addresses the urgent needs of the most vulnerable families—particularly children, mothers, and those lacking heating and basic necessities—helping to provide a measure of warmth and safety during the winter season.
Despite this support, large numbers of families in shelter centers still face severe shortages of shelter materials and basic supplies, making continued assistance a pressing humanitarian necessity.
Every bit of support reaching these families is more than just temporary aid; it helps protect a child, keep a mother warm, and secure the lives of families lacking the most basic elements of stability.

مطبخ مركز إيواء الزهراء… وجبة تحمل أملاً
بينما تتواصل جهود الاستجابة الإنسانية – نيالا في دعم وإعادة تأهيل المؤسسات التعليمية، يظل الجانب الإنساني والإغاثي حاضرًا، خاصةً داخل مراكز الإيواء التي تضم أسرًا نازحة وأطفالًا يواجهون ظروفًا قاسية، ولا تملك كثير من هذه الأسر ما يكفي لتأمين احتياجاتها اليومية.
وفي إطار الاستجابة لهذه الحاجة، تم دعم مركز إيواء الزهراء بمطبخ مشترك، ليقدّم وجبة غذائية للأسر والأطفال بالمركز لمدة 12 يومًا؛ وجبة لم تكن مجرد طعام، بل كانت نافذة أمل وسندًا لأسر أنهكها النزوح وضيق الحال.
لكن الحاجة لا تنتهي بانتهاء الأيام المخصصة للدعم، فهناك أسر تنتظر وجبتها القادمة، وأطفال لا ينبغي أن يكون الحصول على الطعام بالنسبة لهم أمرًا مؤجلًا.
من هنا، تناشد الاستجابة الإنسانية – نيالا المنظمات الإنسانية، والجهات المانحة، وفاعلي الخير، وكل من يستطيع المساهمة، التدخل العاجل لدعم واستمرار المطابخ المشتركة في مركز إيواء الزهراء وسائر مراكز الإيواء، حتى لا تنقطع الوجبة عن الأسر التي تعتمد عليها.
دعم وجبة اليوم… قد يعني الكثير لأسرة كاملة.
واستمرار المطبخ… يعني استمرار الأمل.

Al-Zahra Shelter Center Kitchen… A Meal That Brings Hope
While "Humanitarian Response – Nyala" continues its efforts to support and rehabilitate educational institutions, the humanitarian and relief aspect remains a priority—especially within shelter centers housing displaced families and children facing harsh conditions. Many of these families lack the means to secure their daily necessities.
To address this need, a communal kitchen was established at the Al-Zahra Shelter Center to provide meals for families and children for 12 days. This meal was more than just food; it was a beacon of hope and a lifeline for families exhausted by displacement and hardship.
However, the need does not end when the designated support period concludes; there are families waiting for their next meal, and children for whom access to food should never be delayed.
Therefore, "Humanitarian Response – Nyala" appeals to humanitarian organizations, donors, philanthropists, and anyone able to contribute to intervene urgently. We seek support to sustain the communal kitchens at the Al-Zahra Shelter Center and other shelters, ensuring that families relying on them do not go without meals.
Supporting today’s meal... can mean the world to an entire family.
And keeping the kitchen running... means keeping hope alive.

جامعة نيالا ليست مجرد مؤسسة تعليمية فقط بل هي واحدة من الذاكرة الحية لمدينة نيالا صرح تخرجت منه أجيال وارتبط اسمه بعشرات الآلاف من أبناء المدينة وأهلها وظلت واجهتها لسنوات جزءًا من المشهد الذي تعرف به نيالا نفسها لذلك فإن الاهتمام بواجهة الجامعة وتأهيلها ليس مجرد عمل إنشائي أو تحسين لمظهر مبنى وإنما هو محاولة لاستعادة واحدة من الواجهات التي تحمل قيمة كبيرة في وجدان المدينة

ومن هنا بدأت فكرة تأهيل واجهة جامعة نيالا «السنتر» في أذهان متطوعي الاستجابة الإنسانية – نيالا فكرة بسيطة في بدايتها لكنها تحمل معنى أكبر من تفاصيلها وهي أن نبدأ بما نستطيع وأن نعيد شيئًا من جمال المدينة ومعالمها مهما كانت الظروف

واليوم وبفضل الله ثم بجهود المتطوعين وكل من ساهم في هذا العمل أصبحت الفكرة واقعًا واضحًا أمام الجميع وقطعت أعمال التأهيل شوطًا كبيرًا حتى اقترب المشروع من الاكتمال وأصبحت الواجهة تستعيد ملامحها بصورة تليق بجامعة نيالا ومكانتها

ما يحدث في واجهة الجامعة هو صورة صغيرة من شيء أكبر نحتاج أن نراه في نيالا أن تتحول الرغبة في العودة إلى عمل وأن تتحول الأفكار إلى مبادرات وأن تتكاتف الجهود من أجل استعادة ما يمكن استعادته من وجه المدينة وروحها

تبقت خطوات قليلة حتى يكتمل هذا العمل ولذلك فإن وقوف الخيرين وأبناء نيالا والمنظمات والجهات الداعمة إلى جانب المشروع في هذه المرحلة يمكن أن يصنع الفارق ويقود هذه المبادرة إلى نهايتها

نحن لا نعيد تأهيل واجهة فقط بل نعيد التأكيد على أن نيالا تستحق أن تستعيد معالمها وأن العمل من أجلها ممكن وأن الأمل فيها ما زال حاضرًا

Nyala University is not merely an educational institution; it is a living memory of Nyala, a landmark from which generations have graduated, its name intertwined with the lives of tens of thousands of the city's residents. For years, its facade has been an integral part of Nyala's identity. Therefore, the attention given to the university's facade and its restoration is not simply a construction project or an improvement to the building's appearance, but rather an attempt to revive one of the city's most cherished landmarks.

This is how the idea of restoring the facade of Nyala University's main campus began in the minds of the Nyala Humanitarian Response volunteers. It was a simple idea at its outset, but one with a deeper meaning: to start with what we can and restore some of the city's beauty and landmarks, regardless of the circumstances.

Today, thanks to God and the efforts of the volunteers and everyone who contributed to this work, the idea has become a tangible reality. The restoration work has progressed significantly, and the project is nearing completion. The facade is regaining its former glory, befitting Nyala University and its stature.

What is happening at the university's facade is a small part of something larger that we need to see in Nyala: the desire to return to normalcy transformed into action, ideas into initiatives, and efforts united. To restore what can be restored of the city's face and spirit

Only a few steps remain to complete this work. Therefore, the support of benevolent individuals, the people of Nyala, and supporting organizations and entities at this stage can make all the difference and bring this initiative to its conclusion.

We are not merely rehabilitating a facade; we are reaffirming that Nyala deserves to have its landmarks restored, that working for its betterment is possible, and that hope for it remains alive.

بات الحلم الذي بدأ بفكرة في أذهان متطوعي الاستجابة الإنسانية – نيالا واقعًا يُبصره الجميع. فمشروع إعادة تأهيل بوابة جامعة نيالا (السنتر)، الذي كان بالأمس مجرد تصور، أوشك اليوم على الاكتمال ليعيد لهذا الصرح العلمي واجهته التي تليق بمكانته ورمزيته.
ورغم ما تحقق من إنجاز، فإن المرحلة الأخيرة تحتاج إلى مزيد من الدعم حتى تكتمل الصورة ويُسلَّم المشروع بالشكل الذي يستحقه أهالي نيالا وطلاب الجامعة.
إن هذا المشروع ليس مجرد أعمال بناء، بل رسالة أمل تؤكد أن الإرادة المجتمعية قادرة على إعادة الحياة إلى ما أفسدته الظروف. وكل مساهمة، من الأفراد أو المنظمات أو الجهات المانحة، تمثل لبنةً في بناء مستقبل المدينة واستعادة معالمها.
ندعو شركاء العطاء والمانحين والمنظمات الإنسانية إلى المساهمة في استكمال هذا المشروع النوعي، ليكون نموذجًا حيًا لما يمكن أن يصنعه التعاون من أثرٍ مستدام.

The dream that began as an idea in the minds of Nyala's humanitarian response volunteers has become a tangible reality. The project to rehabilitate the Nyala University (Center) gate, which was just a concept yesterday, is nearing completion, restoring to this academic institution a facade befitting its stature and symbolic importance.

Despite the progress achieved, the final phase requires further support to complete the project and deliver it in the manner that the people of Nyala and the university students deserve.
