With thousands of people supporting our Petition across the world, we continue to campaign for the immediate release of ALL Armenian POWs held illegally in Azerbaijan and urge once again to:
• immediately end all trials of Armenian POWs held without proper represen
tation and without possibility to speak with family or human rights organizations without surveillance;
• demand the immediate and unconditional release of ALL Armenian POWs and captives held unlawfully in Azerbaijan after the end of hostilities, which violates Article 8 of the Ceasefire Statement and III Geneva Convention relative to the Treatment of POWs;
• obtain the full list of ALL Armenian POWs and captives, including names of women and civilians, and all deceased hostages in Azerbaijani detention;
• sanction Azerbaijani government led by President Aliyev for war crimes, and for ignoring international laws, the United Nations Convention on Human Rights, and III Geneva Convention on
POWs.
