✨ إنجاز… وفرحة 🏫❤️
لم تكن تهيئة البيئة المدرسية في مدرستي عبدالله محمد العوضي المتوسطة للبنات والبنين مجرد أعمال وتجهيزات وتغيير في المكان، بل كانت خطوة حقيقية نحو خلق بيئة مدرسية أكثر صحة وأماناً وجمالاً لأبنائنا وبناتنا. 🌱
كان أجمل إنجاز هو أن نرى فرحة الطالبات والطلاب وهم يحصلون على مياه شرب تروي عطشهم 💧، ويشعرون بالراحة والاطمئنان عند قضاء حاجتهم في بيئة صحية ونظيفة، وأن يروا من حولهم الأشجار الخضراء 🌳 التي تضفي على مدرستهم جمالاً وتبعث في نفوسهم الراحة والسرور. 💚
هذا هو الإنجاز الحقيقي لمصدات: أن نرى أثر ما نقوم به في حياة الناس، وأن تتحول احتياجاتهم إلى راحة، وبيئتهم إلى مكان أجمل، ووجوههم إلى ابتسامات.
وهكذا هي مصدات دائماً…
تسعى إلى تحسين حياة المجتمع، وتهيئة بيئات أكثر صحة وأماناً وراحة، لأننا نؤمن أن الإنجاز الحقيقي هو الإنسان وفرحته. 🌍💚

Improving the school environment at Abdullah Mohammed Al-Awadi Intermediate Schools for Girls and Boys was not simply about facilities, equipment, or physical changes. It was a meaningful step toward creating a healthier, safer, and more beautiful school environment for our students. 🌱✨
The greatest achievement was seeing the joy of the girls and boys as they gained access to drinking water to quench their thirst 💧, experienced greater comfort and dignity when using clean and healthy sanitation facilities, and enjoyed the sight of green trees 🌳 that brought beauty, comfort, and happiness to their school environment. 💚
This is the true achievement of Masadat: seeing the positive impact of our work on people's lives, turning their needs into comfort, their environment into a better place, and their faces into smiles.
This is what Masadat has always stood for:
working to improve people's lives and create healthier, safer, and more comfortable environments for communities.

🌱💧 الاستدامة وبناء القدرات والتدريب… استثمار في مستقبل أفضل 🌱
من أهم البرامج والأنشطة التي تم تنفيذها في مدرستي عبدالله محمد العوضي للبنين والبنات برنامج الاستدامة وبناء القدرات والتدريب، والذي لم يقتصر على تحسين البنية التحتية، بل ركّز على تمكين المعلمين والطلاب وتعزيز قدرتهم على المحافظة على البيئة المدرسية واستدامة الخدمات.
☀️ الطاقة الشمسية واستدامة المياه
تم تركيب نظام للطاقة الشمسية لتشغيل مبرد المياه في مدرسة البنين أثناء انقطاع التيار الكهربائي، بما يساهم في ضمان استمرار توفير مياه الشرب للطلاب.
🛡️ حماية مضخات المياه
ولضمان استمرارية خدمات المياه وحماية مصادرها، تم تركيب قفصين للحماية لمضخات المياه في المدرستين.
👩‍🏫 بناء قدرات المعلمين والعاملين
تم تدريب 6 من المعلمين والعاملين، بواقع معلمين وعامل واحد في كل مدرسة، على أعمال الصيانة، تحت إشراف إدارة المدرسة، بهدف تعزيز قدرتهم على التعامل مع أعمال الصيانة الأساسية والمحافظة على المرافق.
🌳 الأندية الزراعية
كما تم إنشاء ناديين زراعيين، يضم كل نادٍ 6 طلاب، بهدف تعزيز مهارات الطلاب في العناية بالأشجار والري، وتشجيعهم على المشاركة الفاعلة في حماية البيئة المدرسية.
🧼💦 التوعية والسلوكيات الصحية والبيئية
ولم تقتصر الأنشطة على التدريب العملي، بل تم تنفيذ برنامج توعوي للطلاب حول الاستخدام السليم لدورات المياه، وأهمية غسل اليدين، والمحافظة على المياه، وذلك من خلال الطابور الصباحي والحصص والأنشطة داخل الفصول الدراسية.
✨ فالاستدامة لا تعني فقط توفير الخدمات، بل تعني بناء المعرفة والمهارات والمسؤولية لدى أفراد المجتمع المدرسي لضمان استمرار أثرها.

🌱💧 Sustainability, Capacity Building & Training… Investing in a Better Future 🌱
One of the key programs implemented at Abdullah Mohammed Al-Awadhi Boys’ and Girls’ Schools was the Sustainability, Capacity Building and Training Program. The activities went beyond improving infrastructure to empowering teachers and students and strengthening their ability to maintain school facilities and protect the environment.
☀️ Solar Energy for Sustainable Water Services
A solar energy system was installed to operate the water cooler at the Boys’ School during power outages, helping ensure continuous access to safe drinking water for students.
🛡️ Protecting Water Pumps
To support the continuity of water services and protect the water supply system, two protective cages were installed for the water pumps in both schools.
👩‍🏫 Capacity Building for Teachers and Staff
A total of six teachers and staff members—two teachers and one staff member from each school—were trained in basic maintenance activities under the supervision of the school administration. This training aimed to strengthen their capacity to maintain the facilities and respond to basic maintenance needs.
🌳 Agricultural Clubs
Two agricultural clubs were established, with six students in each club, to develop students’ skills in tree care and irrigation and encourage their active participation in protecting and improving the school environment.
🧼💦 Health and Environmental Awareness
An awareness program was also conducted for students on the proper use of toilets, handwashing, and water conservation through morning assemblies and classroom activities.
✨ Sustainability is not only about providing services; it is about building knowledge, skills, and responsibility within the school community to ensure that the impact continues.

Join us on a tour of Abdullah Mohammed Al-Awadi Girls’ Intermediate School to see how the school environment has changed before and after the implementation of a number of activities by Masadat Organization for Development and Disaster Risk Reduction.

The school faced a number of challenges related to the school environment and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) services, affecting the availability of a healthy and safe learning environment for the students.

The school has witnessed noticeable improvements following the implementation of several activities aimed at improving the school environment, enhancing WASH services, and promoting awareness of healthy and safe practices.

في إطار جهود مكتب المياه والإصحاح والنظافة (WASH) بمنظمة مصدات للتنمية والحد من مخاطر الكوارث في تحسين البيئة المدرسية وتعزيز صحة وسلامة الطلاب، تم تنفيذ مشروع لتهيئة البيئة المدرسية في مدرستي عبدالله محمد العوضي المتوسطه للبنات والبنين. في ولايه الخرطوم، محليه شرق النيل ، الحاج يوسف( مربع 2جنوب)
وشملت التدخلات المنفذة:
💧 توفير وتحسين إمدادات مياه الشرب لضمان حصول الطلاب على مياه آمنة ومناسبة للاستخدام.
🚻 إعادة تأهيل المراحيض المدرسية بما يسهم في توفير بيئة صحية وآمنة للطلاب والمعلمين.
💧 صيانه نقاط غسيل اليدين
🌿 زراعه الأشجار وتحسين البيئه
💥 الاستدامة وبناء القدرات والتدريب
☀️ تركيب نظام للطاقة الشمسية للمساهمة في توفير مصدر مستدام للطاقة ودعم استمرارية الخدمات الأساسية داخل المدرسة.
ويأتي هذا التدخل ضمن رؤية منظمة مصدات لتعزيز المياه والإصحاح والنظافة في المؤسسات التعليمية، وتهيئة بيئة مدرسية صحية وآمنة تساعد الطلاب على التعلم في ظروف أفضل.

🏫💧 Improving the School Environment and WASH Services
As part of the efforts of the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Office at Masadat Organization for Development and Disaster Risk Reduction to improve school environments and promote the health and safety of students, a school environment improvement project was implemented at Abdullah Mohamed Al-Awadi Intermediate Schools for Girls and Boys, in Khartoum State, East Nile Locality, Haj Yousif – Block 2 South.
The implemented interventions included:
💧 Providing and improving drinking water supplies to ensure students have access to safe and adequate water for use.
🚻 Rehabilitating school latrines to help provide a healthy and safe environment for students and teachers.
💧 Maintaining handwashing facilities to promote good hygiene practices among students and school staff.
🌿 Planting trees and improving the school environment to create a greener, healthier, and more pleasant learning space.
💥Sustainability, Capacity Building & Training
☀️ Installing a solar energy system to provide a sustainable source of energy and support the continuity of essential services within the school.
This intervention reflects Masadat Organization’s commitment to strengthening Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) services in educational institutions and creating a healthy, safe, and supportive school environment where students can learn in better conditions.

💚 التدريب ينتهي... والالتزام يبدأ
لم تكن هذه الورشة مجرد ساعات تدريبية، بل كانت خطوة جادة نحو ترسيخ ممارسات آمنة تثمن في حماية الكادر الطبي والمرضى على حد سواء.
💫 تشرفنا في ختام الورشة التدريبية بحضور دكتور حمدان الزين، المدير الإداري لمستشفى بشاير التعليمي، والذي أكد على أهمية تطبيق هذه المفاهيم لترسيخ ثقافة السلامة البيئية والصحية.
🌿 ورغم إسدال الستار على هذه الورشة، فإن رسالتنا مستمرة. فبناء بيئة صحية آمنة ومستدامة يبدأ بالمعرفة، ويترسخ بالتدريب، ويستمر بالالتزام والتطبيق داخل المؤسسات الصحية.

We were honored to conclude the workshop💫 in the presence of Dr. Hamdan Al-Zain Administrative Director of Bashair Teaching Hospital, who emphasized the importance of putting these concepts into practice and fostering a strong culture of environmental and health safety within healthcare facilities.
Although this workshop has come to an🍀 end, our mission continues. Building a safe and sustainable healthcare environment begins with knowledge, is strengthened through training, and is sustained by commitment and the consistent application of best practices within healthcare institutions

✨ ختام متميز للورشه التدريبيه بمستشفى بشائر التعليمي
​في إطار السعي المستمر لتطوير بيئة العمل الصحي، ركّز اليوم الثالث من الورشة التدريبية حول إدارة النفايات الطبية (ذو المسارين والفصل المحسّن) بمستشفى بشائر التعليمي على استهداف الأطباء، باعتبارهم خط الدفاع الأول في تطبيق ممارسات السلامة.
🎯 ​وتناولت المحاضرات أهمية الفرز المبكر للنفايات والسبل الكفيلة بتقليل المخاطر البيئية والصحية داخل المرفق الطبي. وأثمرت الجلسات عن نقاشات مستفيضة وتبادل للخبرات العملية بين الحضور، مظهرةً حرصاً عالياً من الأطباء على تبني أفضل المعايير التي ترتقي بمستوى الخدمات الصحية المقدمة للمواطنين.💡
A Successful Conclusion to the Training✨ Workshop at Bashair Teaching Hospital
As part of the ongoing efforts to strengthen healthcare practices, the third and final day of the training workshop on Medical Waste Management (Two-Stream System and Improved Segregation) at Bashair Teaching Hospital was dedicated to physicians, recognizing their essential role in implementing safe healthcare practices.
The training sessions highlighted the🎯 importance of proper waste segregation at the point of generation and effective measures to reduce environmental and health risks within healthcare facilities. The workshop featured engaging discussions and a valuable exchange of practical experiences, reflecting the physicians' strong commitment to adopting best practices that enhance the quality of healthcare services provided to the community.💡

💥شهد اليوم الثاني من الورشة التدريبية تفاعلاً كبيراً من الكوادر الطبية من فئة التمريض، حيث أبدى المشاركون اهتماماً واسعاً بمحتوى التدريب وشاركوا بفاعلية في النقاشات والأنشطة التطبيقية.
🌿وأكد المشاركون أن الورشة أسهمت في تعزيز معارفهم ومهاراتهم المتعلقة بالإدارة الآمنة للنفايات الطبية.
