في الفترة ما بين 29 يناير و3 فبراير 2026، قامت بعثة من سفارة مملكة هولندا في نيروبي ووزارة الخارجية الهولندية بزيارة ميدانية في إطار برنامج الاستجابة المشتركة للسودان – المرحلة الخامسة 024–026 الممول منـ التحالف الهولندي للإغاثة (DRA)، والذي يُنفَّذ من خلال ائتلاف من الشركاء الإنسانيين بقيادة منظمة بلان إنترناشونال.

وشملت الزيارة معسكر الكرامة ومنطقة تراوة بمحلية كسلا – ولاية كسلا، حيث اطّلعت البعثة على الأنشطة المنفذة من قبل منظمة فيت-كير (VCO) بالشراكة مع منظمة قرى الأطفال SOS CVs. وتضمنت التدخلات المساعدات النقدية متعددة الأغراض، ودعم سبل كسب العيش، والتوزيع العام للغذاء، وأنشطة الحماية، وخدمات المياه والإصحاح والنظافة .(WASH)

كما جرت مناقشات مع ممثلي المستفيدين ركزت على تقدم التنفيذ، والنتائج الأولية، ووجهات نظر المجتمعات المحلية، وذلك في إطار جهود المتابعة المشتركة وتعزيز المساءلة.

Kassala State | Sudan Joint Response Programme (JRP Phase 5)

On 29 January and 3 February 2026, a delegation from the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Nairobi and the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs conducted a field visit as part of the Dutch Relief Alliance (DRA) – Sudan Joint Response Programme, Phase Five (2024–2026). The programme is implemented by a consortium of humanitarian partners led by Plan International.

The visit took place in Al-Karama Camp and Tarawa districts within Kassala Locality, Kassala State, where the delegation reviewed ongoing humanitarian interventions implemented by Vet-Care Organization (VCO) in partnership with SOS Children’s Villages Key activities observed included multi-purpose cash assistance, livelihood support, general food distribution, protection services, and WASH interventions, aimed at addressing urgent humanitarian needs and strengthening community resilience.

The delegation also engaged in discussions with beneficiary representatives, focusing on implementation progress, early results, and community feedback,contributing to joint monitoring, accountability, and learning efforts under JRP Phase 5.

As part of the Joint Response Program Five, Vet-Care Organization worked alongside partners and local authorities to rehabilitate the Block 52 Booster Water Station in White Nile State. With generous support from the Dutch Relief Alliance, this intervention is restoring safe water access and strengthening community resilience.



في إطار برنامج الاستجابة المشتركة الخامس، عملت منظمة منظمة فيت-كير بالتعاون مع الشركاء والسلطات المحلية على إعادة تأهيل محطة مياه مربع 52 بمدينة كوستي في ولاية النيل الأبيض. وبدعم كريم من تحالف الاغاثة الهولندي، يسهم هذا التدخل في استعادة الوصول إلى المياه الآمنة وتعزيز صمود المجتمعات.
