Rural Community Development Organization -RCDO The Rural Community Development Organization (RCDO) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) established and first registered in 2007.

RCDO is independent of any religious affiliation, political party, or commercial interest. Over the last 7 years RCDO has been able to effectively, efficiently and promptly implement
humanitarian assistance, rehabilitation and development projects in West Darfur Sudan and
these have seen it acquire sufficient technical competence, experience and community
goodwill that will facilitate implement

excellent programmatic, administrative and logistics skills that can be deployed to rapidly

RCDO International Women's Day Celebration – Al-Qadarif

As Women's Month concludes, RCDO marked International Women's Day in Al-Qadambliya (WGSS) with local women — a day of inspiring visions and bold plans for the future. When we invest in each other, the entire community rises.
In Central Al-Qadarif, RCDO and NCA celebrated alongside partners and stakeholders.

Solid Waste Management – Abo Alnaja D

The Rural Community Development Organization (RCDO), in cooperation with Norwegian Church Aid (NCA) and in coordination with the Rural Wasat Gadaref Locality, implemented a Solid Waste Management activity in Abo Alnaja D. The initiative aimed to improve environmental sanitation and reduce health risks in the area.

The intervention included community clean-up campaigns, awareness sessions, latrine cleanliness activities, and organized waste collection. As a result, 10 tons of solid waste were safely disposed of, and the area has become significantly cleaner. Health risks have been reduced, and community awareness regarding proper waste disposal practices and hygiene has increased.
