نفذت منظمة الرعاية الصحية الشاملة بانكير، ضمن مشروع “المساعدات المتكاملة متعددة القطاعات لإنقاذ الحياة في المجتمعات المتضررة من النزاع والمعرضة لخطر المجاعة بولاية سنار”، وبالشراكة مع Save the Children، نشاطاً خاصاً بالتمكين الاقتصادي للناجيات من العنف المبني على النوع الاجتماعي (GBV).

استهدف النشاط 20 امرأة من منطقتي طيبة المنشية وجبل دود بمحلية سنار، حيث تم اختيار المستفيدات عبر شبكات حماية الأطفال والباحثين الاجتماعيين ومن خلال إدارة الحالة بالمجتمعات المستهدفة.
أقيم التدريب لمدة خمسة أيام بقاعة كلية تنمية المجتمع بجامعة سنار، وشمل عدداً من التخصصات المهنية، من بينها صناعة الصابون، وصناعة المخبوزات، والخياطة، وصناعة العطور البلدية والإفرنجية.
كما تم تسليم وتمليك المستفيدات مدخلات الإنتاج الخاصة بكل تخصص، دعماً لفرص كسب العيش وتعزيزاً للاستقرار الاقتصادي للنساء والفتيات بالمناطق المستهدفة.

The Pan Healthcare Organization PANCARE, implemented an economic empowerment activity targeting survivors of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) under the project “Integrated Multi-Sectoral Life-Saving Assistance for Conflict-Affected and Famine-Risk Communities in Sennar State,” in partnership with Save the Children.
The activity targeted 20 women from Taiba Al-Manshiya and Jabal Dood areas in Sennar locality. Beneficiaries were selected through Child Protection Networks, social workers, and case management mechanisms within the targeted communities.
The five-day training was conducted at the Faculty of Community Development Hall at the University of Sennar and covered several vocational skills, including soap making, bakery production, tailoring, and traditional and modern perfume production.
Following the training, participants received production inputs related to their respective specializations to support sustainable livelihood opportunities and strengthen economic resilience for women and girls in the targeted areas.

برنامج التحويلات النقدية للأمهات والأطفال
Mother and Child Cash Transfer Plus (MCCT+)

لا تزال أبواب التسجيل مفتوحة لكل امرأة حامل بلغت شهرها الثالث بمحافظتي الدمازين والروصيرص، إيماناً بأن الألف يوم الأولى من حياة الطفل — منذ الحمل وحتى الفطام — تحتاج إلى رعاية صحية وغذائية ودعم مستمر للأم والطفل معاً.
في ظل الظروف الحالية، يمثل هذا البرنامج دعماً حقيقياً للأمهات خلال رحلة الحمل والأمومة، ويسعى لتخفيف الأعباء وتحسين فرص الوصول للخدمات الصحية والرعائية.
البرنامج ممول من بنك التنمية الألماني، بإدارة اليونسيف، وتنفيذ منظمة بانكير، بالشراكة مع وزارتي الرعاية والتنمية الاجتماعية والصحة بإقليم النيل الأزرق.
يستهدف البرنامج 10,600 امرأة بمحافظتي الدمازين والروصيرص، وقد اكتمل التسجيل حتى الآن في عدد من المراكز والوحدات الصحية، منها:

ويروا – البان جديد – الديسة – أحمر موقي – العمارة شاذلي – جبريل – قوني
📍 بمحافظة الروصيرص:
حلة الحجر – دار السلام – أم بارد – أبوزور – حي الوحدة قيسان
ومنذ انطلاق التسجيل يوم السبت الماضي، شهدت المراكز إقبالاً كبيراً ومبشراً يعكس أهمية البرنامج واحتياج الأسر له.
📢 نهيب بجميع النساء الحوامل اللاتي بلغن الشهر الثالث الإسراع بالتسجيل، حيث يستمر التسجيل حتى يومي 15 و16 مايو، عبر عدد من المراكز الصحية المنتشرة بالمحافظتين، وذلك لضمان وصول الخدمة لكل المستهدفات بسهولة ويسر.

Mother and Child Cash Transfer Plus (MCCT+)

Registration is still open for all pregnant women who have reached their third month of pregnancy in Al Damazin and Al Roseries localities.

We believe that the first 1,000 days of a child’s life — from pregnancy until breastfeeding — are critical and require proper healthcare, nutrition, and continuous support for both mother and child.

In the current challenging circumstances, this program represents meaningful support for mothers throughout pregnancy and motherhood, helping ease burdens and improve access to health and social care services.

The program is funded by the German Development Bank (KfW), managed by UNICEF, and implemented by PANCARE in partnership with the Ministries of Health and Social Welfare & Development in the Blue Nile Region.

The initiative targets 10,600 women across Al Damazin and Al Roseries localities.

Registration has already been completed in several health centers and units, including:

منظمة الرعاية الصحية الشاملة بانكير بالتنسيق مع وزارة الصحة ولاية سنار وبالتعاون مع منظمة اليونسيف بدعم من البنك الدولي، ضمن مشروع SHARE، تنفيذ ورشة تدريبية متخصصة لمدة 14 يوماً للعاملين والمتطوعين الصحيين بالمجتمعات المستهدفة بولاية سنار.

استهدفت الورشة 60 متدرباً من خارج المناطق القابضة لمراكز مشروع شير، خاصةً المناطق البعيدة التي لم تصلها خدمات وعيادات المشروع، وذلك في إطار توسيع نطاق الخدمات الصحية والتغذوية للمجتمعات الأكثر احتياجاً. وتكوّن المشاركون من 20 معاوناً صحياً و20 قابلة و20 متطوعاً مجتمعياً.

ويهدف التدريب إلى تعزيز قدرات الكوادر الصحية المجتمعية في مجالات التغذية والعلاج المتكامل لأمراض الطفولة وصحة الأم والمواليد وإدارة حالات الأمراض الوبائية والمفاهيم الأساسية للتحصين ومكافحة العنف المبني على النوع وآليات الشكاوى والتغذية الراجعة المجتمعية (CFM)، بالإضافة إلى تكوين وحدات معالجة مجتمعية تسهم في تقديم الخدمات الصحية والتغذوية الأساسية بالمناطق البعيدة والهشة.

وشهد افتتاح الورشة حضور الدكتور محمد حمودة الامام مدير منظمة بانكير بولاية سنار، إلى جانب ممثلي وزارة الصحة بولاية سنار.

ويأتي هذا النشاط ضمن مشروع “توفير خدمات الرعاية الصحية والتغذوية المتكاملة المنقذة للحياة للمجتمعات الهشة في ولايتي سنار والنيل الأزرق”، تأكيداً لالتزام منظمة بانكير بدعم النظام الصحي وتعزيز الخدمات الصحية والتغذوية المقدمة للمجتمعات الأكثر احتياجاً بالشراكة مع الجهات الحكومية والمنظمات الدولية.

Pan Health Care Organization (PANCARE), in coordination with Sennar State Ministry of Health, in collaboration with UNICEF and funded by the World Bank under the SHARE Project, is implementing a 14-day training workshop for community health and nutrition volunteers and workers in Blue Nile and Sennar States.

The workshop targeted 60 trainees from areas outside the direct coverage of SHARE project facilities, particularly remote communities that have not yet benefited from SHARE project clinics and services. The participants included 20 health assistants, 20 midwives, and 20 community volunteers.

The training aims to strengthen the capacity of community health workers in the areas of Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (IMCI), Nutrition, Maternal and Newborn Health (MNH), outbreak diseases case management, Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) basic concepts, Gender-Based Violence (GBV), and Community Feedback Mechanism (CFM). The training also aims to establish community-based treatment units that will contribute to providing essential health and nutrition services in remote and vulnerable communities.

The opening session was attended by Dr. Mohamed Hamouda Alimam, Director of PANCARE in Sennar State, alongside representatives from the Sennar State Ministry of Health.

This activity is part of the project “Provision of Integrated Life-Saving Health and Nutrition Interventions for Vulnerable Communities in Blue Nile and Sennar States,” reflecting PANCARE’s commitment to supporting the health system and improving access to integrated health and nutrition services for vulnerable communities through effective partnerships with government authorities
and international organizations.

كما أفاد د. مصطفى جبر الله مدىر عام وزارة الصحة بأن نتائج هذا البرنامج ستظهر في خفض وفيات الأمهات والأطفال وتقليل نسب سوء التغذية وتحسين مستوى الخدمات الصحية بالمراكز والوحدات المختارة ويعتبر مساهمة مقدرة تثني عليها الحكومة وتثمن دور اليونسيف و بانكير في هذا الصدد.

من خلال البرنامج نسعى لاتاحة الفرصة لجميع النساء الحوامل في المناطق القابضة حول المراكز والوحدات الصحية المختارة حتى يتمكن من التسجيل والاستفادة من الدعم المالي والخدمات المضافة.
يبدأ التسجيل في التاسع من مايو ولمدة اسبوع وهنالك جدولة واضحة وتواريخ محددة لكل مركز ووحدة ستعلن لاحقا وعلى المستهدفات إحضار مستند هوية (رقم وطني - بطاقة شخصية او جواز) وحساب مصرفي.

Launch of the Mother and Child Cash Transfer Program
Sunday, May 3, 2026

Yesterday marked the official launch of the Mother and Child Cash Transfer (±) program. This initiative is implemented by Pan Health Care Organization (PANCARE) in partnership with UNICEF, and in coordination with the Ministries of Health and Social Welfare & Development, with funding from the German Development Bank.

The program aims to:

* Strengthen maternal and child health
* Improve the nutritional status of pregnant women and mothers
* Enhance access to comprehensive health services, including nutrition, immunization, awareness, behavior change, and protection services

A total of 10,600 women from Ad Damazin and Ar Rosaires localities will benefit from the program. Beneficiaries will also be encouraged to access services at 46 health centers and units across the two localities.

Mr. Yassin Abokdok, Director of PANCARE – Blue Nile Branch, stated that this major intervention represents a valuable opportunity for partners to support communities during these exceptional circumstances. He emphasized that the program will contribute to saving lives, reducing poverty, and improving the health and nutritional status of women and their children, particularly during the critical first 1,000 days of life.

The launch event was attended by representatives from government institutions, NGOs, media, community leaders, and healthcare workers.

Mr. Khalid Musa highlighted that this program builds on similar successful interventions implemented in other states. He noted that it responds to the growing need for protection and care services, while empowering pregnant women to benefit from a wide range of services in addition to the announced cash support.

Dr. Mustafa Jabrallah, Director General of the Ministry of Health, stated that the program is expected to contribute to reducing maternal and child mortality rates, lowering malnutrition levels, and improving the quality of services in targeted health facilities. He praised the efforts of UNICEF and PANCARE in this regard.

Through this program, efforts are being made to ensure that all pregnant women living in catchment areas surrounding the selected health facilities have the opportunity to register and benefit from both financial support and integrated services.

Registration will begin on May 9 and continue for one week.
A clear schedule with specific dates for each health center and unit will be announced soon. Beneficiaries are required to bring:

* A valid identification document (National ID, personal ID, or passport)
* A bank account

In closing, the Minister of Social Welfare and Development, Mr. Dawood Idris, expressed his appreciation for such initiatives, which fall under broader social protection efforts. He emphasized that continued collaboration and coordination between UNICEF, PANCARE, and the government will ensure the successful achievement of the program’s objectives and create meaningful impact.

زيارة إشرافية مشتركة لمستشفى برّ الوالدين ومستشفى التميّز

بحمد الله وتوفيقه، تمت زيارة إشرافية ومتابعة لكلٍ من مستشفى برّ الوالدين ومستشفى التميّز بواسطة الفريق المشترك المكون من وزارة الصحة الاتحادية ومنظمة الصحة العالمية، وذلك ضمن مشروع: دعم المرافق الصحية المختارة استراتيجياً خلال الأزمة الحالية لضمان استدامة الخدمات بهدف تعزيز خدمات الطوارئ والخدمات الصحية الأساسية بالمستشفيين.

بدأت الزيارة باجتماعات مع إدارات المستشفيين، حيث رحّب المديرون العامون بالوفد الزائر، وقدّموا نبذة تعريفية عن المستشفيين ودورهما في تقديم الخدمات الصحية للمجتمع، كما تم استعراض التدخلات التي نفذتها منظمة بان كير في مختلف المحاور، مع التأكيد على أثرها الإيجابي في تحسين جودة الخدمات واستمراريتها.

من جانبه، أشاد ممثل وزارة الصحة الاتحادية بالدور الكبير الذي قامت به منظمة بان كير في دعم النظام الصحي، مثمنًا الجهود المبذولة في تنفيذ تدخلات كان لها أثر مباشر وملموس، وداعيًا إلى تعزيز هذا التعاون مع منظمة الصحة العالمية والشركاء.

كما ناقش ممثلو منظمة الصحة العالمية مستوى الخدمات المقدمة داخل المستشفيين، واستعرضوا أبرز التحديات والنواقص، مؤكدين أهمية التنسيق المستمر مع وزارة الصحة الاتحادية لمعالجتها ورفع كفاءة الأداء.

من جانبها، أعربت منظمة بان كير عن تقديرها الكبير للتعاون المثمر من إدارات المستشفيين، والذي ساعد بشكل كبير في تهيئة بيئة مناسبة لتنفيذ الأنشطة والتدخلات بالشكل المطلوب.

عقب الاجتماعات، قام الوفد بجولات ميدانية داخل المستشفيين، واطلع على التدخلات المنفذة والتي شملت:

1- الأجهزة الطبية
2- أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية
3- المعامل
4- شبكة الأكسجين
5- وحدات العناية المكثفة
6- نظام إدارة النفايات الطبية
7- صيانة دورات المياه
8- تأهيل بعض العنابر
وفي ختام الزيارة، أشاد الوفد بمستوى التدخلات المنفذة وجودتها، مثمنين الأثر الإيجابي الذي أحدثته في تحسين الخدمات الصحية وتعزيز استقرارها، ومقدمين شكرهم لإدارات المستشفيين على حسن الاستقبال والتعاون.

A Joint Supervisory Visit to Ber Alwalidein Hospital and Al-Tamayoz Hospital
a joint supervisory and follow-up visit was conducted to both Ber Alwalidein Hospital and Al-Tamayoz Hospital by a team comprising the Federal Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization, under the project: “Support to strategically selected health facilities during the current crisis to ensure service sustainability, aiming to strengthen emergency and essential health services in both hospitals.”

The visit began with meetings with the administrations of both hospitals, where the General Directors welcomed the delegation and provided an overview of their respective facilities and their role in serving the community. The interventions implemented by PanCare Organization across various areas were also presented, highlighting their positive impact on improving service quality and continuity.

The representative of the Federal Ministry of Health commended the significant role played by PanCare in supporting the health system, appreciating the tangible impact of its interventions, and calling for further strengthening of collaboration with the World Health Organization and partners.

WHO representatives reviewed the quality of services in both hospitals and discussed existing challenges and gaps, emphasizing the importance of continuous coordination with the Federal Ministry of Health to address them and enhance performance.

PanCare expressed its appreciation for the strong cooperation from the hospital administrations, which greatly contributed to creating an enabling environment for the successful implementation of activities and interventions.

Following the meetings, the delegation conducted field visits across both hospitals, reviewing the implemented interventions, which included:
1- Medical equipment
2- Solar energy systems
3- Laboratories
4- Oxygen network systems
5- Intensive Care Units (ICUs)
6- Medical waste management systems
7- Sanitation facility maintenance
8- Rehabilitation of selected wards
At the end of the visit, the delegation commended the quality and impact of the interventions, highlighting their positive contribution to strengthening and stabilizing health service delivery, and extended their appreciation to both hospital administrations for their warm reception and cooperation.

مشروع شير_يونسيف | SHARE Project_UNICEF
نظمت منظمة الرعاية الشاملة بانكير ضمن مشروع شير حملة المسح التغذوي في المناطق المحيطة بـ 25 مركزاً ووحدة صحية بمحافظة الدمازين، وذلك خلال الفترة من 26 إلى 30 أبريل 2026.
تهدف الحملة إلى:
- الاكتشاف المبكر لحالات سوء التغذية
- تحويل الحالات التي تحتاج إلى تدخلات عاجلة
- تنفيذ أنشطة التحصين للأطفال
- نشر التوعية حول التغذية والرضاعة الطبيعية
- توزيع بودرة المغذيات الدقيقة
يشارك في تنفيذ هذا المسح 165 فرداً، من بينهم 25 رئيس فريق، و6 مشرفين، و134 متطوعاً، يعملون جميعاً بروح الفريق لإنجاز هذه المهمة الإنسانية. وقد تم التخطيط للحملة بتنسيق كامل مع إدارات وزارة الصحة المختلفة، بما في ذلك إدارة التغذية، وبرنامج التحصين، وإدارة الخدمات الصحية بمحافظة الدمازين. إن صحة الأطفال ترتكز على التغذية السليمة في المراحل العمرية المبكرة، ويُعد الوقاية من سوء التغذية أمراً بالغ الأهمية، خاصة في المجتمعات الهشة والفقيرة التي تحتاج إلى تعزيز الوصول إلى الخدمات الصحية والتغذوية.
كما ستولي الحملة اهتماماً خاصاً بمجتمعات الرحل والرعاة لضمان شمولية الوصول إلى الفئات الأكثر احتياجاً.

PANCARE in SHARE Project is launched a nutrition screening campaign across communities surrounding 25 health centers and units in Al-Damazin locality from April 26 to 30, 2026.
The campaign aims to:
- Ensure early detection of malnutrition cases
- Refer cases requiring urgent interventions
- Conduct child immunization activities
- Raise awareness on nutrition and breastfeeding
- Distribute micronutrient powder

A total of 165 personnel are participating in this campaign, including 25 team leaders, 6 supervisors, and 134 volunteers, working collaboratively to accomplish this important humanitarian mission. The campaign has been planned in full coordination with the Ministry of Health departments, including Nutrition, Immunization, and Health Services Administration in Al-Damazin locality. Children’s health depends on proper nutrition in early life stages, and preventing malnutrition is essential, especially in vulnerable and underserved communities that need improved access to health and nutrition services.

Special attention will be given to nomadic and pastoralist communities to ensure inclusive access to those most in need.

في إطار تنفيذ مشروع التدخلات الصحية والتغذوية المنقذة للحياة للمجتمعات الهشة في إقليمي النيل الأزرق وسنار، أسهم المشروع في توفير مظلة حماية للأطفال من مخاطر سوء التغذية، من خلال تطبيق نهج متكامل يعزز الوصول إلى خدمات الرعاية الصحية والتغذوية.
بذلت كوادر منظمة الرعاية الصحية الشاملة (بانكير) جهوداً كبيرة للوصول إلى المستفيدين في القرى والفِزَق والبلدات الصغيرة، مع التركيز على توسيع نطاق التغطية العلاجية والاهتمام بالفئات الأكثر عرضة، خاصة الأطفال.
منذ انطلاق المشروع في نهاية عام 2024 وحتى الربع الأول من عام 2026، بلغ عدد حالات سوء التغذية الحاد المسجلة في المراكز والوحدات التي غطاها المشروع 2653 حالة. وبلغ عدد الحالات التي خرجت من البرنامج (شفاء، وفاة، هروب، تحويل) 2188 حالة، من بينها 1911 طفل تعافوا تماماً، بنسبة شفاء بلغت 87%.
تعكس هذه النسبة فعالية برنامج المعالجة المجتمعية لسوء التغذية، وأهمية المتابعة المستمرة من قبل الأمهات، وتطور قدرات الكوادر الصحية والمتطوعين بأقسام التغذية، والتزامهم بالبروتوكولات العلاجية، إلى جانب تحسن مستوى الوعي المجتمعي.

تعمل منظمة الرعاية الصحية الشاملة (بانكير) بالشراكة مع اليونيسف من خلال هذا المشروع على تعزيز حق الأطفال في البقاء والنماء، والمساهمة في تحقيق طفولة آمنة وصحة أفضل.

Within the framework of implementing the Integrated Life-Saving Health and Nutrition Interventions Project for vulnerable communities in Blue Nile and Sennar States, the project has contributed to providing a protective framework for children against the risks of malnutrition through an integrated approach that enhances access to health and nutrition services.
The teams of Pan Care Health Organization (PANCARE) have made considerable efforts to reach beneficiaries across villages and remote settlements, focusing on expanding treatment coverage and prioritizing the most vulnerable groups, particularly children.
Since the launch of the project at the end of 2024 until the first quarter of 2026, a total of 2,653 cases of acute malnutrition were recorded in the supported centers and units. A total of 2,188 cases were discharged from the program (recovered, deceased, defaulted, or referred), including 1,911 children who fully recovered, representing a recovery rate of 87%.
This rate reflects the effectiveness of the Community-Based Management of Acute Malnutrition program, the importance of continuous follow-up by mothers, the improved capacity of health staff and nutrition volunteers, their adherence to treatment protocols, and the increasing level of community awareness.

Pan Care Health Organization (PANCARE), in partnership with UNICEF, works through this project to promote children’s right to survival and development and to contribute to ensuring a safe and healthy childhood.

تدشين العيادة الجوالة لخدمة نازحي قيسان بمحلية الروصيرص

في يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 21 أبريل، تم تدشين العيادة الجوالة بمدرسة المختار بمنطقة قنيص – محلية الروصيرص، وذلك لتقديم الخدمات الصحية لنازحي محلية قيسان، في خطوة تعكس سرعة الاستجابة للاحتياجات الصحية الطارئة في المنطقة.
وتُعد منظمة الرعاية الصحية الشاملة (بانكير) من أوائل المنظمات التي بادرت بالتدخل الصحي، عقب مشاركتها في بعثة التقييم المشترك، الأمر الذي يؤكد التزامها العملي بالتعامل الفاعل مع الأزمات الإنسانية والطوارئ الصحية. جاء تنفيذ هذه المبادرة بالتنسيق مع وزارة الصحة بالإقليم، وبدعم من منظمة اليونيسف، حيث قدمت العيادة في يومها الأول خدماتها لأكثر من 200 مريض، وهو ما يعكس حجم الحاجة المتزايدة للرعاية الصحية في ظل وجود نحو 2,900 نازح داخل المدرسة، يمثلون أكثر من 570 أسرة. وقد شملت خدمات العيادة الجوانب العلاجية إلى جانب الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي، استجابةً للآثار النفسية التي خلفتها ظروف النزوح وأحداث النزاع. كما تم تحويل أربع حالات إلى مستشفى الدمازين لتلقي المزيد من الرعاية التخصصية.
وتزامن تدشين العيادة مع زيارة ممثل الأمم المتحدة، المنسق الإنساني المقيم، ورئيس مكتب تنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية (OCHA) والوفد المرافق له، حيث اطّلعوا على أوضاع النازحين والتحديات التي يواجهونها، إضافةً إلى مستوى الخدمات المقدمة، بما في ذلك العيادة الجوالة.
وفي هذا السياق، أوضحت الأستاذة صفاء موسى، ضابط الصحة بالمنظمة، أن:
"هذا اليوم يمثل نقطة تحول مهمة في حياة النازحين، إذ يفتح أمامهم باباً جديداً لاستعادة صحتهم وعافيتهم. كما قمنا بدمج ثلاث قابلات من النازحات ضمن فريق العيادة، لتعزيز خدمات الصحة الإنجابية وضمان المتابعة الدقيقة للحوامل والمرضعات."
وأضافت أن تفاعل اللجنة المجتمعية وحرصها على خدمة مجتمعها كان لافتاً، مؤكدة أن المنظمة تواصل العمل في أكثر من 40 مركزاً ووحدة صحية، إلى جانب تشغيل أربع عيادات جوالة، بهدف توسيع نطاق الوصول للخدمات الصحية وتلبية الاحتياجات المتزايدة. تجدد منظمة بانكير التزامها بالوقوف إلى جانب المجتمعات المتأثرة، والعمل بشراكة فعالة مع الجهات ذات الصلة، لضمان تقديم خدمات صحية متكاملة تحفظ كرامة الإنسان وتلبي احتياجاته.

Launch of Mobile Clinic to Serve Displaced Communities from Gessan – Al-Rosires Locality..
On Tuesday, April 21, a mobile clinic was officially launched at Al-Mukhtar School in Qneis area, Al-Rosires locality, to provide essential health services to displaced populations from Kurmuk.

Pan Health Care Organization (PANCARE) was among the first responders to initiate health interventions following its participation in the joint assessment mission. This reflects the organization’s strong commitment to timely and effective responses to humanitarian and health emergencies. The intervention was implemented in close coordination with the State Ministry of Health and with the support of UNICEF. On its first day, the clinic provided medical services to more than 200 patients, highlighting the significant and urgent need for healthcare services, especially as approximately 2,900 displaced individuals—representing over 570 families—are currently sheltering in the school. In addition to primary healthcare, the mobile clinic also offers psychosocial support services to address trauma and the emotional impact of displacement and conflict. Four critical cases were referred to Ad-Damazin Hospital for advanced medical care. The launch coincided with a field visit by the United Nations Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator and the Head of OCHA, along with their delegation. The visit aimed to assess the living conditions of the displaced population, identify key challenges and needs, and review the level of humanitarian services provided, including the mobile clinic.
Ms. Safaa Mousa, Health Officer at PANCARE, stated:
"This day marks an important turning point for displaced families who have endured extremely difficult conditions. It represents a renewed opportunity for them to regain their health and well-being. We have also integrated three displaced midwives into the clinic team to strengthen reproductive health services and ensure proper follow-up for pregnant and lactating women."
She further highlighted the active engagement of the community committee and their strong sense of ownership in addressing local needs. PANCARE currently operates in more than 40 health facilities and runs four mobile clinics to expand access and ensure continuous service delivery in hard-to-reach areas.

قصة_نجاح | Success_Story ..
في لحظة كانت فيها المعاناة تزداد يوماً بعد يوم، وصل طفل في العاشرة من عمره إلى أحد المراكز الصحية المدعومة ضمن مشروع “شير” التابع لليونيسيف، وهو يعاني من حالة صحية حرجة أثرت على حياته بشكل كبير. لم تكن حالته تحتمل الانتظار، وكانت كل دقيقة تمثل تحدياً جديداً أمام أسرته التي تبحث عن بصيص أمل.
من هنا بدأ التدخل السريع لمنظمة الرعاية الصحية الشاملة (بانكير)، حيث تم تقييم الحالة واتخاذ قرار عاجل بتحويله إلى مستشفى سنار – قسم الكلى، لمتابعة وضعه الصحي عن قرب. وبعد إجراء الفحوصات الطبية اللازمة، تبيّن أن الطفل يحتاج إلى تدخل جراحي في قسم المسالك البولية بمستشفى سنار التعليمي.
لكن الطريق لم يكن سهلاً، فقد واجه الفريق تحدياً آخر تمثل في عدم توفر المعدات الطبية اللازمة لإجراء العملية داخل المستشفى. ورغم ذلك، لم يتوقف الأمل، بل تحركت الجهود بسرعة لتأمين حل بديل، حيث تم تحويل الطفل إلى مستشفى الكرامة التخصصي، لضمان حصوله على الرعاية التي يحتاجها. وهناك، وبفضل تكاتف الجهود بين الفرق الطبية والدعم المقدم من الشركاء، أُجريت العملية بنجاح، وعاد الأمل من جديد لأسرة الطفل التي عاشت لحظات من القلق والخوف، لتتحول إلى فرحة وطمأنينة.

ان هذه القصة ليست مجرد حالة فردية، بل هي مثال حي على أهمية الاستجابة السريعة، والتنسيق بين الشركاء، وضمان استمرارية الخدمات الصحية، حتى في أصعب الظروف. وهي تذكير بأن كل تدخل صحي قد يكون سبباً في إنقاذ حياة، وإعادة الأمل لأسر كانت على حافة اليأس.

At a moment when the pain was growing heavier with each passing day, a ten-year-old boy arrived at a health facility supported under the SHARE project by UNICEF. He was in a critical condition that had already begun to take too much from his young life. It was clear that his case could not wait—every minute mattered, and his family held on to hope with quiet desperation.
From there, PANCARE’s team stepped in without delay. After a careful assessment, a quick decision was made to refer him to Sennar Hospital—Renal Unit—for closer medical attention. Tests were carried out, and the results pointed to the need for surgery in the urology department at Sennar Teaching Hospital.
But the path forward wasn’t simple. The required equipment for the operation wasn’t available at the hospital. It was the kind of moment that could have stopped everything. Instead, it pushed the team to act faster. Coordination efforts intensified, and a referral was arranged to Al Karama Specialized Hospital, where the necessary care could be provided.
There, things finally began to shift. The surgery was performed successfully, and for the first time in days, there was relief—real relief. His family, who had been carrying fear in silence, could finally breathe again.
This is more than a single case. It’s a reminder of what timely action, strong coordination, and sustained support can achieve—even in difficult conditions. Sometimes, it only takes one intervention to change the course of a life—and to bring hope back where it was almost lost.
