25 April is World Malaria Day. 🦟🦟
Although malaria is a preventable and treatable disease, many countries -including Sudan- still suffer from its serious consequences.

🔴🔴According to WHO's World malaria report, Sudan carried the heaviest burden of malaria in the Eastern Mediterranean Region in 2020, accounting for more than half of all cases (56%) and deaths (61%).

🔴🔴 The WHO also reports that Sudan has over 1.2 million clinical cases of malaria (13/02/2024) Let's know more about how to protect ourselves from malaria!
