في ظلِّ الظروف الصعبة التي يمر بها السودان اليوم، يبقى الحوار هو الطريق الأقرب لفتح أبواب الأمل، وصناعة مستقبل يستحقه كل السودانيين—من شرق البلاد لغربها، ومن شمالها لجنوبها.
ومهما اختلفت الرؤى أو تباينت التجارب، يظل صوت الناس جميعًا هو الأساس في بناء وطن آمن ومستقر.

وانطلاقًا من هذا الإيمان، تعمل منظمة سليمة على إطلاق سلسلة من الورش التدريبية التي تستهدف القادة المجتمعيين، والشخصيات المؤثرة، والإعلاميين، وأصحاب المبادرات المحلية، وكل من له دور في صناعة الرأي العام.
تهدف هذه الورش إلى تعزيز ثقافة التفاهم، والتعاون، وتقبل الاختلاف، وفتح مساحة تشجع على التفكير المشترك بين مختلف أبناء الوطن.

هذه الورش ليست مجرد جلسات تدريبية…
بل هي مساحة آمنة للجميع—للحديث بصدق، وللاستماع باحترام، وللبحث عن نقاط تجمعنا أكثر مما تفرّقنا.
هي فرصة لبناء جسور جديدة، ولإعادة الثقة بين المكوّنات المجتمعية، ولإطلاق أفكار يمكن أن تساعد في تهدئة النفوس وصناعة حلول واقعية تنبع من المجتمع نفسه.
رسالتنا لكل الشعب السوداني اليوم:
مهما كانت التحديات…
ومهما طال الطريق…
يبقى الحوار هو البذرة الأولى لأي سلامٍ حقيقي ينمو ويستمر.

السلام يبدأ بخطوة، والخطوة تبدأ بإرادة الحوار…
إرادة نحملها معًا، ونمضي بها نحو غدٍ أكثر أمانًا لأبنائنا ووطننا.

In light of the difficult circumstances Sudan is facing today, dialogue remains the closest path to opening doors of hope and shaping a future worthy of all Sudanese—east to west, and north to south.
No matter how different our perspectives or experiences may be, the voices of the people remain the foundation for building a safe and stable nation.

Based on this belief, Salima Organization is launching a series of training workshops aimed at community leaders, public figures, media professionals, local initiative owners, and everyone who plays a role in shaping public opinion.
These workshops seek to strengthen a culture of understanding, cooperation, and acceptance of differences, and to create a space that encourages collective thinking among the diverse groups of the nation.

These workshops are not merely training sessions…
They are a safe space for everyone—to speak openly, listen respectfully, and search for the common ground that unites us more than it divides us.
They are an opportunity to build new bridges, restore trust among communities, and spark ideas that can help calm tensions and create practical, community-driven solutions.

Our message to the people of Sudan today:
No matter how great the challenges…
No matter how long the journey…
Dialogue remains the first seed of any true and lasting peace.

Peace begins with a step, and that step begins with the will to engage in dialogue—
A will we carry together as we move toward a safer tomorrow for our children and our nation

خطوة تغيير

في إطار جهودها المستمرة في تمكين المرأة وبناء قدراتها على التطور والنجاح، نظّمت منظمة سليمة ورشة تدريبية بعنوان "خطوة تغيير"، استهدفت مجموعة من السيدات الطموحات الراغبات في تطوير ذواتهن وتحقيق التوازن في حياتهن الشخصية والمهنية.

تهدف الورشة إلى غرس مفاهيم التنمية الذاتية والوعي النفسي والتفكير الإيجابي كخطوة أولى نحو التغيير الحقيقي.

مفهوم التغيير: كيف تبدأ رحلة التغيير من الداخل بخطوات صغيرة تحدث فرقًا كبيرًا.
دوافع التغيير: اكتشاف الأسباب الداخلية والخارجية التي تحفّز المرأة على التغيير وتطوير ذاتها.
البرمجة اللغوية العصبية NLP: تعلّمت المشاركات كيفية برمجة العقل على التفكير الإيجابي والتخلّص من العادات السلبية.
لغة ميتا Meta Language: تدريب على مهارات التواصل الواعي وفهم الرسائل اللغوية بين الذات والآخرين.
الطرق الفعالة لحل المشكلات: استخدام التفكير التحليلي والإبداعي للوصول إلى حلول واقعية ومستدامة.
طرق تقوية الذاكرة: تمارين عملية لتحسين التركيز وزيادة القدرة على الحفظ والتذكّر.

أهداف الورشة:

تعزيز ثقة المرأة بنفسها وبقدرتها على إحداث التغيير.

تمكين المشاركات من أدوات التفكير والتواصل الفعّال.

بناء جيل نسائي واعٍ وقادر على المساهمة الإيجابية في المجتمع.

في ختام الورشة، عبّرت المشاركات عن سعادتهن بالتجربة لما حملته من معرفة ودعم وتحفيز نحو التغيير، وتتقدّم منظمة سليمة بجزيل الشكر لجميع السيدات المشاركات على تفاعلهن الإيجابي وروحهن الملهمة.

As part of its mission to empower women and enhance their personal growth, Salima Organization organized a workshop called "Step of Change", targeting ambitious women seeking self-development and balance in their personal and professional lives.

The workshop covered key topics including:

The Concept of Change – how true transformation starts from within.

Motives for Change – understanding what drives women to grow and improve.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) – reprogramming the mind for positive thinking.

Meta Language – building awareness in communication and self-expression.

Effective Problem-Solving – finding creative, practical solutions.

Memory Improvement – exercises to boost focus and recall.

The event aimed to build women’s confidence, promote self-awareness, and provide tools for creating positive change.

في إطار مشروعنا المستمر لبناء السلام، نظمنا ورشة عمل بعنوان:
✨ "دور المرأة في بناء السلام"

هدفت الورشة إلى تسليط الضوء على المساهمات الجوهرية للمرأة في تعزيز الحوار، المصالحة، والتماسك الاجتماعي. 🕊️

خلال جلسات تفاعلية وحوارات مفتوحة، ناقش المشاركون كيف يُسهم تمكين المرأة في تقوية المجتمعات وترسيخ سلام دائم.

✅ معًا نرسم مستقبلًا تُسمع فيه أصوات النساء، ويُقدَّر دورهن، ويصبحن في قلب جهود السلام.

As part of our ongoing peacebuilding efforts, we organized a workshop titled:
✨ “The Role of Women in Peacebuilding”

The session brought together women, youth, and community leaders to discuss the vital contributions of women in fostering dialogue, reconciliation, and social cohesion. 🕊️

Through open discussions and interactive activities, participants explored how empowering women strengthens communities and lays the foundation for lasting peace.

✅ Together, we are shaping a future where women’s voices are heard, their roles valued, and they stand at the heart of peace efforts.

في إطار التزامنا بتعزيز السلام والوحدة في السودان، نظّمت منظمة سليمة ورشة تدريبية خاصة لقيادات المجتمع السوداني.
ركزت الورشة على:
✨ تشخيص النزاعات ونشر السلام في جميع المناطق السودانية.
تلعب القيادات المجتمعية دورًا أساسيًا في بناء الجسور، وحل النزاعات، وتعزيز الروابط الاجتماعية. ومن خلال تزويدهم بمهارات الحوار، والوساطة، والمصالحة، نعمل على ترسيخ ثقافة السلام والتعايش.
✅ معًا نحو سودان يسوده السلام، التفاهم، والوحدة.

As part of our commitment to promoting peace and unity in Sudan, Salima Organization conducted a special workshop for Sudanese community leaders.
The workshop focused on:
✨ Diagnosing conflicts and spreading peace across all Sudanese regions.
Community leaders play a central role in building bridges, resolving disputes, and strengthening social ties. By equipping them with tools for dialogue, mediation, and reconciliation, we aim to foster a culture of peace and coexistence.

المنهجيات المستخدمة في كتابة التقارير

ورشة كانت ثرية بالمعرفة والتطبيقات، التي تهدف إلى تمكين المتطوعين من صياغة تقارير واضحة واحترافية تدعم العمل الإنساني وتعكس أثره.

A knowledge-packed session designed to equip volunteers with the skills to write clear and professional reports that reflect the true impact of humanitarian work.

بدأنا أولى ورش التدريب لهذا الموسم بعنوان:

مهارات التواصل الفعّال

مع المدربه: تهاني عبد الحميد.

خلال الورشة، اكتسب المتطوعون مهارات أساسية في:

تعريف الاتصال وأهميته في العمل التطوعي والإنساني

التعرف على عناصر دائرة الاتصال

فهم معوقات التواصل وكيفية التغلب عليها

تطوير فن الإصغاء كعامل رئيسي لنجاح أي عملية تواصل

الحضور كان مفعمًا بالحيوية والنقاشات البنّاءة، مما يعكس حرص المتطوعين على تطوير أنفسهم ليكونوا أكثر تأثيرًا في خدمة اللاجئين والمجتمعات المستهدفة.

Kick-off of the 4th Season of Volunteer Training with Salima Organization

We have successfully launched the first workshop of this season titled:
Effective Communication Skills
With coach Tahani Abdel Hamid.

During the session, volunteers developed essential skills in:

Understanding communication and its importance in humanitarian and volunteer work

Exploring the elements of the communication cycle

Identifying communication barriers and learning how to overcome them

Enhancing active listening as a key factor for successful interactions

The workshop was filled with energy, meaningful discussions, and practical insights, reflecting the commitment of our volunteers to become more impactful in supporting refugees and vulnerable communities.

بحمد الله وتوفيقه، اختتمنا بنجاح الورشة التدريبية المميزة التي قدمتها المدربة الدولية المعتمدة أ. أماني أبوبكر، خبيرة التربية الإيجابية، والتي استمرت لمدة ثلاثة أيام متتالية.
من يوم الثلاثاء 22/7 الي الخميس 24/7

📚 الورشة تناولت محاور هامة في التربية الإيجابية، وفنون التعامل مع الأطفال، وتنمية مهاراتهم العاطفية والاجتماعية، بالإضافة إلى تقديم أدوات عملية فعالة تعين أولياء الأمور والمربين في بناء علاقة صحية مع الأبناء.

🎓 وقد شهدت الورشة حضورًا رائعًا وتفاعلًا كبيرًا من المشاركين، الذين عبّروا عن مدى استفادتهم من المحتوى القيّم والأسلوب السلس والتطبيقي للمدربة.

✅ وفي ختام الورشة، تم تقديم شهادات مشاركة تقديرية للمشاركين، عرفانًا بجهودهم وحرصهم على التعلم والتطوير.

With gratitude and success, we concluded the enriching training workshop delivered by the internationally certified trainer, Ms. Amani Abobakr, an expert in Positive Parenting. The workshop took place over three consecutive days.

📚 The sessions covered essential topics in positive parenting, effective communication with children, emotional and social development, and practical tools to help parents and caregivers build strong, healthy relationships with their children.

🎓 The workshop witnessed an outstanding turnout and high engagement from participants, who expressed how valuable and applicable the content was, thanks to the trainer’s interactive and accessible approach.

✅ At the end of the workshop, Certificates of Participation were awarded to all attendees in recognition of their commitment to learning and self-development.

✨ A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to the success of this event.
