Tasks:
Constantly supervise and coordinate with departments heads/responsible to guarantee the proper functioning of the following services (Internal and external services):
• Perform radiological procedures as per Medical Officer/Doctor’s order, ensuring compliance with all Emergency protocols and guidelines;
• Manage radiological supplies and pharmacy orders in cooperation and under the supervision of the Team Leader
• Stabilize the patients appropriately and positioning them on the examining table, covering them with protecting clothing as per safety protocols
• Make copies of the imaging, ensuring proper labelling and keeping record of the patients, fulfilling more generally all related administrative duties
• Collaborate with colleagues and members of the health care team (HCT) to facilitate care ensuring proper cooperation with other professional

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.

EMERGENCY NGO is recruiting a HR OFFICER at Emergency’s Salam Centre, in Soba Hilla, Khartoum, with a strong focus on administrative staff management, Database operation, and IT-based HR processes.
Reporting to the HR Supervisor under supervision of HR manager and working closely with the Administration Team, the HR Officer will be primarily responsible for the digital and administrative management of HR processes, ensuring accurate, timely handling of all staff records and related documentation.
The main responsibilities include managing the HR database to ensure employee records are accurate and confidential, assisting with the payroll and salary processes, and tracking staff attendance and leave. The role also requires drafting and renewing staff contracts, maintaining digital HR archives.

Requirements:
• Advanced IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access Database
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Previous experience in personnel administration is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure situations.
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
