EMERGENCY NGO is recruiting a LOGISTIC OFFICER at Emergency’s Salam Centre, in Soba Hilla, Khartoum, responsible for maintaining the hospital operations at its best capacity, ensuring that all general services meet requirements and are aligned.

Tasks:
Constantly supervise and coordinate with departments heads/responsible to guarantee the proper functioning of the following services (Internal and external services):
• Supervise cleaning of the hospital facility
• Manage cleaners, guards, laundry and tailor staff (preparing rosters, monitoring of absences)
• Train staff on internal procedures
• Ensure efficient transfort for staff

Requirements:
- Strong Communication, organizational and planning skills to coordinate activities and operations
- Computer proficiency
- Communication in English
- Willingness to work flexible shifts schedule when required.

EMERGENCY NGO is recruiting a HR OFFICER at Emergency’s Salam Centre, in Soba Hilla, Khartoum, with a strong focus on administrative staff management, Database operation, and IT-based HR processes.
Reporting to the HR Supervisor under supervision of HR manager and working closely with the Administration Team, the HR Officer will be primarily responsible for the digital and administrative management of HR processes, ensuring accurate, timely handling of all staff records and related documentation.
The main responsibilities include managing the HR database to ensure employee records are accurate and confidential, assisting with the payroll and salary processes, and tracking staff attendance and leave. The role also requires drafting and renewing staff contracts, maintaining digital HR archives.

Requirements:
• Advanced IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access Database
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Previous experience in personnel administration is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure situations.
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
