NRC and African Vision for Development Strengthen Humanitarian Partnership in Gedaref

المدير العام لوزارة التربية والتوجيه بولاية يشيد بدور منظمة الرؤية الأفريقية في دعم القضايا التعليمية بمحليات الولاية كافة

أشاد الأستاذ الفاتح الصافي حمزة المدير العام لوزارة التربية والتوجيه بولاية القضارف بالدور الكبير الذي تقوم به منظمة الرؤية الأفريقية للتنمية في تحسين وتطوير قطاع التعليم بالولاية جاء ذلك خلال مراسم تسليم مواد الطلاء التي قدمتها المنظمة لدعم جهود الوزارة في تحسين واجهة الوزارة وتجديد المباني التابعة لها وذلك بحضور الأستاذ ياسر تركي مدير الإدارة العامة للثقافة والاعلام والأستاذ عبد المطلب محمد
مسؤول البرامج بالمنظمه وأضاف المدير العام للوزارة بالدعم الذي تقدمه المنظمة والذي يساهم بشكل مباشر في تحسين البيئة التعليمية للمجتمع المحلي، مؤكداً أن هذه المبادرة تعد خطوة مهمة نحو تحسين المرافق التعليمية في الولاية وتوفير بيئة مريحة وجذابة للطلاب والكادر التعليمي.
من جانبه، أكد مدير الإدارة العامة للموارد البشرية والمالية بالوزارة الأستاذ قرشي سعد النور أن التعاون المثمر مع منظمة الرؤية الأفريقية يمثل نموذجاً يحتذى به في الشراكات المجتمعية الفاعلة. وأضاف قرشي ان الدعم المقدم من المنظمة سيساهم بشكل كبير في تحسين المرافق التعليمية وتوفير بيئة ملائمة للطلاب والعاملين بالوزارة وهو ما يتماشى مع أهداف الوزارة في تقديم تعليم متميز وبيئة تعليمية ملهمة."
من جهته أعرب مدير منظمة الرؤية الأفريقية للتنمية الدكتور عبدالباقي إدريس عن سعادته بأن تكون المنظمة جزءاً من جهود الوزارة لتحسين قطاع التعليم بالولاية والالتزام بدعم قضايا التعليم بشكل مستمر لخلق بيئة تعليمية أكثر جاذبية تساعد في تعزيز تحصيل الطلاب وتطوير الأداء التعليمي.
من جهته قال مدير الاستثمار بالوزارة الأستاذ حسن جعفر إن هذا النوع من التعاون يساهم في تعزيز روح الشراكة بين القطاع العام والمنظمات التنموية الخاصة مؤكداً على أهمية الاستثمارات المجتمعية في دعم وتطوير النظام التعليمي والذي يعد أساساً لبناء مجتمع مستدام ومتقدم وأضاف حسن إن الاستثمار في التعليم هو المستقبل وإن التعاون سيسهم في مخرجات تعليمية هادفة.

في إطار الجهود المشتركة لتعزيز برامج أصحاح البيئة وتحسين صحة المجتمع، نظم الاتحاد العام للمرأة السودانية بولاية القضارف بالتعاون مع منظمة الرؤية الإفريقية نشاطًا مجتمعيًا هادفًا لدعم برامج النظافة والبيئة بالولاية.
وشهدت الفعالية تقديم دعم عيني من منظمة الرؤية الإفريقية تمثل في مواد نظافة أساسية، والمساهمة في الحد من الملوثات البيئية، وتعزيز الوعي بأهمية النظافة العامة ودورها في الوقاية من الأمراض.
وأكدت قيادات الاتحاد العام للمرأة السودانية بولاية القضارف أن هذه الشراكة تأتي ضمن خطط الاتحاد الرامية إلى تمكين المرأة وخدمة المجتمع، مشيدين بالدور الفاعل لمنظمة الرؤية الإفريقية في دعم قضايا البيئة والصحة المجتمعية.
من جانبها أوضحت منظمة الرؤية الإفريقية التزامها بمواصلة التعاون مع المؤسسات الوطنية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، والعمل على تنفيذ برامج مستدامة تسهم في تحسين البيئة وتعزيز صحة المواطنين بولاية القضارف.
ويُتوقع أن تُسهم هذه المبادرة في رفع مستوى الوعي البيئي وترسيخ ثقافة النظافة، بما ينعكس إيجابًا على صحة وسلامة المجتمع المحلي.

في إطار الشراكة بين منظمة الرؤية الأفريقية للتنمية ومنظمة المجلس النرويجي للاجئين (NRC) وبتمويل من صندوق السودان الإنساني (SHF)، قامت المنظمة بتوزيع حزم مواد غير غذائية على 270 أسرة بمعسكر دبة نائرة بمدينة طويلة بولاية شمال دارفور. تحتوي كل حزمة على:

2. 3 فرشة بلاستيكية
3. 1 مشمعة
4. 3 بطانيات
5. 1 مصباح طاقة شمسية
6. 2 ناموسية
7. 1 لفّة حبل

AVDO in partnership with NRC and funding from SHF, has distributed NFIs kits to 270 HHs in Baba Naira IDP camp in Tawila town in North Darfur state. One NFIs kit contains:

Within the framework of joint work with the Ministry of Social Welfare in the Blue Nile region during the 16 Days campaign, the African Vision for Development Organization implemented awareness-raising coffee sessions that included identifying the dangers and types of violences. The participating women and girls emphasized the importance of these sessions in raising community awareness. The discussions revealed a number of risks and issues facing the community, including those that are often unspoken.

A number of women participated in these sessions as follows:

First Session – Hai Bant:

· Age group 20–30 years (4 women)
· Age group 30–50 years (14 women)
· Age group 50–60 years (3 women)

Second Session – Dar al-Salam:

· Age group 20–30 years (8 women)
· Age group 30–50 years (10 women)
· Age group 50–60 years (4 women)

The sessions were conducted smoothly with excellent coordination. The facilitator, Hawaa Siddeeq, used a distinctive and simple style in delivering information, which led to an amazing level of engagement and optimism among the participants.

Challenges:
Some of the challenges faced during implementation included power outages in the region and temporary network interruptions. As a result, attendance sheets were replaced with handwritten copies, and a door-to-door invitation method was used.

Recommendations:

1. Participants in Hai Bant recommended establishing a women's center and providing training to avoid prolonged absences of mothers from their children.
2. Creating child-friendly spaces in the area to prevent idle time and its consequences.
3. Participants in Dar al-Salam recommended conducting awareness sessions in schools and among youth and adolescents of both genders.

Success Stories:
Carrying out the sessions on the final day of the campaign and under critical security conditions is considered a success.

في إطار العمل المشترك مع وزارة الرعاية الاجتماعية بإقليم النيل الأزرق في حملة 16يوم، نفذت منظمة الرؤية الافريقية للتنمية جلسات قهوة توعوية شملت التعريف بمخاطر العنف وانواعه وقد ابدت المشاركات من النساء والفتيات. اهمية هذه الجلسات برفع الوعي المجتمي وقد اظهرت المناقشة كمية من المخاطر والاشكالات التي تواجه المجتمع والمسكوت.
شاركت في هذه الجلسات عدد من النساء كما يلي:
جلسة حي بانت
الفئات من عمر 20 - 30 سنة (عدد 4 نساء)
من عمر 30 - 50 سنة (عدد 14 نساء)
من عمر 50 - 60 سنة(عدد 3 نساء)
ثانيا جلسه دار السلام
الفئات من عمر 20 - 30 سنة (عدد 8 نساء)
من عمر 30 - 50 سنة (عدد 10 نساء)
من عمر 50 - 60 سنة (عدد 4 نساء)
تم تنفيذ الجلسات بشكل سلس وبتنسيق ممتاز وقد ابدت الميسرة حواء صديق اسلوب متميز وبسيط في سرد المعلومات مما استدعى تجاوب وتفاؤل الحاضرين بصورة مدهشة
التحديات:
من التحديات التي واجهت التنفيذ انقطاع الكهرباء بالاقليم وكذلك انقطاع الشبكة بشكل موقت وقد تم استبدال اوراق الحضور باوراق منسوخة بخط اليد واستخدام اسلوب من بيت لبيت للدعوة
التوصيات:
١. اوصت المشاركات بحي بانت بعمل مركز للمراة وتدريبهم لتجنب غياب الامهات لفترات طويلة عن ابنائهم
2. انشاء مساحات صديقة للاطفال بالمنطقة لتجنب اوقات الفراغ وما ينجم عنها
3. اوصت المشاركات بحي دار السلام بعمل جلسات توعية بالمدارس وفي اوساط الشباب من الجنسين والمراهقين
