*مدير عام منظمة إنجاز للجندر العون والتنمية تخاطب فعاليات الدورة* *التدريبية لمشرفي المراكز النسوية على المهارات الإجتماعية والمالية للشباب*

أكدت الأستاذة لبنى عبدالباقي مدير عام منظمة إنجاز للجندر العون والتنمية على أهمية الدور الرائد الذي تضطلع به المرأه في قيادة العمل بالمجتمعات.
مؤكدة علي ضرورة تكثيف العمل على التأهيل وبناء القدرات للمشرفين على المراكز النسوية المستهدفة بالمشروع.
جاء ذلك لدي مخاطبتها كوكبة المتدربين بقاعة إدارة مرحلة الأساس بمحلية عطبرة ضمن فعاليات إفتتاح الدورة التدريبية لمشرفي المراكز النسوية على المهارات الإجتماعية و التربية المالية للشباب والمنفذة عبر منظمة إنجاز للجندر العون والتنمية بالشراكة مع هيئة الأمم المتحدة للمرأة و صندوق المرأة السلام والعمل الانساني بالتنسيق مع وزارة الشؤون الإجتماعية بولاية نهر النيل ومفوضية العون الإنساني بالولاية.
وكان ذلك بحضور الأستاذ / إبراهيم علي حمودة والأستاذ أحمد عثمان الميسرين للدورة وعدد من الباحثين الإجتماعيين المستهدفين بالتدريب.
من جانبها الاستاذة لبنى عبد الباقي أشارت إلى أن هذه الدورة تأتي ضمن مشروع *هي تنهض* والذي يستهدف النازحات والمجتمع المحلي ببعض المراكز النسوية التي سوف تعمل بها منظمة إنجاز .
كما أوضحت أن هذه المجموعة تُعد الأولى على مستوى السودان التي يتم تدريبها في هذا المشروع، والذي يهدف إلى تشجيع النساء على أهمية إنفاذ جمله من المشروعات التنموية الغير تقليدية والتي تسهم في الإنتاج وزيادة الدخل. ويأتي ذلك في إطار شراكة منظمة إنجاز مع منظمة أفلاطون الدولية التي اسهمت بالدعم الفني وادلة التدريب حتى رأى هذا المشروع النور.
وقالت الاستاذة لبنى إن المرأه أصبحت قائده في العديد من المجالات.
مؤكدة وقفتها الفاعله ودعمها الدائم للمرأه والشباب.
من ناحيته الأستاذ حمودة متقدما بالشكر لكل القيادات العليا على مستوى الولاية.
معربا عن سعادته لما وجده من تعاون دائم وتذليل كافة العقبات التي وأجهته في إجراءات تسجيل المنظمة بالولاية.
الأستاذة /مريم عبدالكريم ممثل وزارة الشؤون الإجتماعية و المستهدفة بالتدريب أشادت بالمبادرة الطيبة لمنظمة إنجاز ووصفت المشروع بأنه الداعم الأساسي للمرأة وإخراجها من دائرة الفقر.
Director General of Injaz Organization for Gender Aid and Development Addresses the Opening of the Training workshop for Women’s Center Supervisors on Social skills and Financial Education for Youth
Ms. Lubna Abdelbagi, Director General of Injaz Organization for Gender Aid and Development, affirmed the vital leadership role that women continue to play in driving community development.
She stressed the importance of intensifying efforts in capacity building and skills development for supervisors of the targeted women’s centers under the project.
This came during her address to the group of trainees at the Basic Education Administration Hall in Atbara Locality, as part of the opening activities of the training workshop for supervisors of women’s centers on social skills and financial education for youth. The workshop is implemented by Injaz Organization for Gender Aid and Development in partnership with UN Women through the Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund, and in coordination with the Ministry of Social Affairs in River Nile State and the Humanitarian Aid Commission (HAC).
The event was attended by Mr. Ibrahim Ali Hammouda, Coordinator of Injaz State Offices, the workshop facilitator Mr. Ahmed Osman, and a number of social workers participating in the training.
Ms. Lubna Abdelbaqi noted that this workshop is part of the “She Rises” project, which targets displaced women and the host community in several women’s centers where Injaz will be operating.
She explained that this group represents the first cohort at the national level to receive training under this project, which aims to encourage women to implement a range of innovative development initiatives that contribute to production and income generation. This comes within the framework of Injaz’s partnership with Aflatoun International, which provided technical support and training manuals leading to the launch of this project.
Ms. Lubna emphasized that women have become leaders across various fields, reaffirming her strong support and continuous commitment to empowering women and youth.
For his part, Mr. Hammouda extended his gratitude to the senior leadership of the state, expressing his appreciation for the continuous cooperation and the facilitation provided throughout the organization’s registration process in the state.
Ms. Maryam Abdelkarim, representative of the Ministry of Social Affairs and one of the trainees, praised Injaz’s valuable initiative, describing the project as a key driver in supporting women and lifting them out of poverty.
