بيان مناصرة إنساني حول تدهور الأوضاع في مدينة الفاشر

تتابع منظمة القندول للتنمية ببالغ القلق والأسى ما تشهده مدينة الفاشر من تدهور مُتسارع في الأوضاع الإنسانية، حيث تواجه المدينة ظروفاً مأساوية تتفاقم يومًا تلو آخر. وجد المواطنون الأبرياء أنفسهم في قلب دوامة من انعدام الأمن، وشح الغذاء، وانهيار الخدمات الأساسية، مما يهدد سلامتهم وكرامتهم الإنسانية.

إن المعاناة التي يعيشها أهلنا في الفاشر قد تجاوزت كل حد بكل المقاييس، فهذه الأوضاع تُعد من أسوأ الأزمات الإنسانية في الوقت الراهن. هذه الكارثة الإنسانية تستدعي تحركاً فورياً وحاسماً من قبل جميع الفاعلين — مؤسسات المجتمع المدني، والمنظمات الوطنية والدولية، وضمير الإنسانية جمعاء — لتكثيف الجهود من أجل تقديم المساعدات العاجلة، وحماية المدنيين دون تمييز، وضمان وصول المساعدات الإنسانية إلى جميع المحتاجين دون عوائق.

وتؤكد منظمة القندول للتنمية في هذا السياق على تضامنها الكامل مع صمود أهالي الفاشر، وتدعو كافة الشركاء والفاعلين في المجال الإنساني إلى توحيد الرؤى وتنسيق الجهود بشكل عاجل وفعّال لتخفيف المعاناة ودرء الكارثة.

إن نداء الفاشر اليوم هو صرخة إنسانية تهز الضمير، وهو اختبار حقيقي لإنسانيتنا المشتركة، حيث إن هذا النداء موجه لكل إنسان يؤمن بالعدالة والرحمة. فلنكُن جميعاً عند مستوى هذا الاختبار، ولنكن جزءاً فاعلاً في صنع الأمل، لا مجرد شهود على المعاناة.

Humanitarian Advocacy Statement on the Deteriorating Situation in El Fasher

Algandol Organization for Development expresses its deep concern and sorrow over the rapidly worsening humanitarian situation in El Fasher, where the city faces tragic conditions that worsen each day. Innocent civilians find themselves trapped amid insecurity, food shortages, and the collapse of basic services — all threatening their safety and human dignity.

The suffering of the people of El Fasher has reached unimaginable levels, making it one of the most severe humanitarian crises of our time. 📢 بيان منظمة القندول للتنمية بمناسبة اليوم العالمي للمعلم
الخرطوم – 5 أكتوبر 2025م

تُحيي منظمة القندول للتنمية اليوم العالمي للمعلم، الذي يصادف الخامس من أكتوبر من كل عام، تحت شعار "تمكين المعلمين لبناء مستقبل مستدام"، عرفاناً وتقديراً للدور العظيم الذي يضطلع به المعلمون والمعلمات في صناعة الأجيال وبناء المجتمعات.

إن المعلم هو الركيزة الأساسية في أي نهضة تنموية حقيقية، وبدونه لا يمكن تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، ولا بناء الإنسان الواعي القادر على التغيير الإيجابي. وفي هذا اليوم، تُعبّر المنظمة عن عميق امتنانها واحترامها لكل المعلمين والمعلمات في السودان والعالم، الذين يواصلون أداء رسالتهم السامية رغم التحديات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والظروف الصعبة.

📢 Statement by Algandol Organization for Development on the Occasion of World Teachers’ Day
Khartoum – October 5, 2025

Algandol Organization for Development joins the world in celebrating World Teachers’ Day, observed annually on October 5, under the theme “Empowering Teachers for a Sustainable Future.”
This day honors the vital role that teachers play in shaping generations and building societies.

Teachers are the cornerstone of any genuine development process. Without them, achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and building an informed, capable society is impossible. On this occasion, the Organization expresses its deep appreciation and respect to all teachers in Sudan and around the world, who continue to fulfill their noble mission despite economic and social challenges and difficult circumstances.

Algandol Organization for Development reaffirms its commitment to supporting educational initiatives and capacity-building programs that contribute to improving the teaching environment and teachers’ well-being, believing that investing in teachers is investing in the nation’s future.

The Organization also calls on all partners, community institutions, and government entities to strengthen the status of teachers and support them both materially and morally, while ensuring a safe and inspiring educational environment that fosters creativity and excellence.

Introduction to Algandol Organization for Development

Algandol Organization for Development is a voluntary, non-profit Sudanese organization. It began as an informal community initiative in 2020, aiming to serve the community and promote the values of volunteerism. Later, it was formally registered with the Federal Humanitarian Aid Commission in Khartoum in September 2020.

Its headquarters is located in Khartoum – Al-Baladeya Street – Old Tax Building – First Floor – Office No. (9), with a branch office in El Geneina, West Darfur State.

The organization implements humanitarian and development programs and projects focusing on community development, capacity building, and the empowerment of vulnerable groups. Over the past years, it has carried out several activities in West Darfur, South Darfur, and Gedaref States, including the Training Workshops Project for youth and women.

Algandol Organization for Development is committed to promoting the values of equality, transparency, community participation, and sustainable peace, working in partnership with local and international actors to create a positive impact in society.

نبذة تعريفية عن منظمة القندول للتنمية

منظمة القندول للتنمية هي منظمة سودانية طوعية غير ربحية، بدأت كمبادرة مجتمعية غير رسمية في عام 2020 استهدفت خدمة المجتمع وتعزيز قيم التطوع، ثم تطورت لاحقاً لتصبح منظمة مسجلة رسمياً لدى مفوضية العون الإنساني الاتحادية بالخرطوم في سبتمبر 2020.

يقع مقرها الرئيسي بالخرطوم – شارع البلدية – عمارة الضرائب القديمة – الطابق الأول – مكتب رقم (9)، ولديها مكتب فرعي بمدينة الجنينة بولاية غرب دارفور.

تعمل المنظمة على تنفيذ برامج ومشروعات إنسانية وتنموية تستهدف التنمية المجتمعية، بناء القدرات، وتمكين الفئات الضعيفة، وقدمت خلال السنوات الماضية عدداً من الأنشطة في ولايات غرب دارفور، جنوب دارفور، والقضارف، من بينها مشروع الورش التدريبية للشباب والنساء.

وتسعى المنظمة إلى ترسيخ قيم المساواة، الشفافية، المشاركة المجتمعية، والسلام المستدام بالتعاون مع الشركاء المحليين والدوليين لإحداث أثر إيجابي في المجتمع.
