๐ Global Surgery Week 2026
A collaboration between Incision Sudan ๐ธ๐ฉ and Incision Bangladesh ๐ง๐ฉ to spotlight the urgent need for safe, timely, and accessible surgical care worldwide.
Across both countries, millions still face barriers to essential surgery due to shortages in workforce, infrastructure, equipment, training opportunities, & equitable access to care. From rural communities to overcrowded urban hospitals, the gaps are real, but so is the potential for change!
This week, we raise our voices to:
๐น Advocate for stronger surgical systems
๐น Invest in surgical education & training
๐น Improve access to safe & affordable care
๐น Empower the next generation of global surgery leaders
๐น Push for equity in healthcare delivery
Surgery is not a luxury but an essential part of healthcare. Together, Sudan and Bangladesh stand united in calling for action, collaboration, and sustainable solutions for all.
