⭕️ بيان من مرصد شمال دارفور لحقوق الإنسان
حول سقوط مدينة الفاشر والمجازر التي تلت ذلك

يعلن مرصد شمال دارفور لحقوق الإنسان عن بالغ حزنه وقلقه إزاء التطورات الكارثية في مدينة الفاشر، ويعلن سقوطها بيد قوات الدعم السريع، ما تبع ذلك من مجازر مروعة وانتهاكات جسيمة بحق المدنيين الأبرياء

تشير المعلومات الميدانية إلى أن مئات المدنيين قُتلوا خلال الساعات الماضية في عمليات تصفية جماعية وإعدامات ميدانية استهدفت السكان الفارين من مناطق القتال والمتواجدين بداخل المدينة، إلى جانب تدمير واسع للأحياء السكنية والمرافق الطبية ومراكز الإيواء، في مشهد يعكس حجم المأساة الإنسانية والانهيار الكامل للوضع الأمني في المدينة

كما وثّق المرصد شهادات عن عمليات نهب وعنف جنسي وتعذيب للمدنيين والمتطوعين الإنسانيين، في انتهاك صارخ لكل المواثيق والقوانين الدولية، مما يجعل ما يجري في الفاشر جريمة حرب مكتملة الأركان

وإذ يدين مرصد شمال دارفور لحقوق الإنسان هذه الجرائم البشعة بأشد العبارات، فإنه:

-يحمل قوات الدعم السريع المسؤولية الكاملة عن ما ارتُكب من جرائم وانتهاكات بحق المدنيين.
-يدعو الأمم المتحدة والاتحاد الإفريقي ومجلس الأمن، والمجتمع الدولي إلى تدخل عاجل وفوري لحماية من تبقى من السكان ووقف الإبادة الجارية.
-يطالب بفتح ممرات إنسانية آمنة لإجلاء الجرحى والنساء والأطفال من المدينة

إن سقوط الفاشر ليس سقوط مدينة فحسب، بل سقوط للضمير الإنساني أمام مأساة تتكرر بلا رادع ولا عدالة، ويؤكد المرصد التزامه الثابت بمواصلة الرصد والتوثيق والمناصرة حتى تتحقق العدالة وينال الجناة جزاءهم

⭕️ Statement from the North Darfur Observatory for Human Rights On the Fall of El Fasher and the Massacres That Followed

October 27, 2025

The North Darfur Human Rights Observatory expresses its deep sorrow and grave concern over the catastrophic developments in the city of El Fasher, announcing its fall to the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) and the subsequent horrific massacres and serious violations committed against innocent civilians

Field information indicates that hundreds of civilians have been killed in recent hours in mass executions and field killings targeting residents fleeing the fighting as well as those still inside the city. Widespread destruction has been inflicted on residential neighborhoods, medical facilities, and displacement centers, reflecting the scale of the humanitarian tragedy and the total collapse of security in the city

The Observatory has also documented testimonies of looting, sexual violence, and torture against civilians and humanitarian volunteers, in flagrant violation of all international conventions and laws—making what is happening in El Fasher a full-fledged war crime

The North Darfur Human Rights Observatory strongly condemns these heinous crimes and:

-Holds the Rapid Support Forces fully responsible for the atrocities and violations committed against civilians.
-Calls on the United Nations, the African Union, the UN Security Council, and the international community to intervene urgently and immediately to protect the remaining population and stop the ongoing genocide.
-Demands the opening of safe humanitarian corridors to evacuate the wounded, women, and children from the city.

The fall of El Fasher is not merely the fall of a city, but a collapse of human conscience in the face of a tragedy that repeats itself without deterrence or justice. The Observatory reaffirms its steadfast commitment to continue monitoring, documenting, and advocating until justice is achieved and the perpetrators are held accountable.

⛔️ معتقلات الفاشر: جرائم مسكوت عنها بحق النساء

وسط تعتيم أمني مشدد وتكتم كامل على الحقائق، تم الكشف عن معتقلات تضم عدد كبير من النساء المعتقلات بواسطة قوات الدعم السريع، بمقر الإمدادات الطبية شرق جنوب الفاشر، ومعسكر جديد السيل (معسكر تدريب للجيش سابقاً) شرق شمال الفاشر بالقرب من قرية سولنقا

بعد البحث والتقصي، تفيد مصادر لمرصد دارفور لحقوق الإنسان بأن بعض المعتقلات تم تزويجهن قسرًا داخل المعتقلات، بينما حملت أخريات نتيجة هذه الانتهاكات، وما يزال العدد الحقيقي للمحتجزات مجهولًا حتى الآن بسبب التشديد الأمني والتكتم حتى على أقرب المقربين

نطالب بالكشف الفوري عن مصير المعتقلات وضمان سلامتهن الجسدية والنفسية، وندعو المؤسسات الدولية والحقوقية والصحفية للتحرك العاجل لتدارك الأمر ومتابعة ملف المعتقلات والتحقيق في الامر، ومحاسبة المسؤولين عن هذه الجرائم وإطلاق سراح جميع النساء المحتجزات فورًا دون أي قيد أو شرط

Fasher Detention Centers: Hidden Crimes Against Women

Amid tight security restrictions and complete concealment of the facts, detention sites holding a large number of women have been uncovered. These women are being held by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) at the Medical Supplies Headquarters east-south of El Fasher, and at Jadid Al-Seel Training Camp (a former army training camp) east-north of El Fasher, near the village of Solnga

Following investigation and field verification, sources for the Darfur Human Rights Observatory confirm that some of the detained women were forcibly married inside the detention sites, while others have become pregnant as a result of these violations. The actual number of detained women remains unknown due to strict security measures and secrecy, even from their closest relatives

We call for the immediate disclosure of the fate of these detainees, and demand guarantees for their physical and psychological safety. We urge international human rights institutions and the press to take urgent action to address this issue, follow up on the detainees’ cases, conduct thorough investigations, hold those responsible for these crimes accountable, and ensure the unconditional release of all detained women

تجاوز عدد الإصابات المؤكدة بالكوليرا في منطقة طويلة ١٩٦٥ حالة حتى الآن، بينها ١٥٤ حالة وفاة مؤكدة
متوسط الإصابات اليومية يزيد عن ٥٠ حالة مع اكتظاظ لي المخيمات، الغذاء محدود و المياه ملوّثة، والدواء شبه معدوم

البيئة مهيأة بالكامل لانتشار المرض إلى مناطق ومخيمات أخرى مع استمرار النزوح، الحالات المسجلة في محلية قولو بلغت ٢٣ إصابة بينها ٧ وفيات حتى الآن

الوضع حالياً وباء مفتوح في ظروف تفتقر إلى أدنى مقومات الصحة والخدمة، لا تتوفر تغطية علاجية كافية ولا استعدادات لوقف التمدد، هذه هي صورة الوضع حتى لحظة بمناطق سيطرة جيش تحرير السودان/ قيادة عبدالواحد محمد احمد النور

The number of confirmed cholera cases in the Tawila area has exceeded 1,965 so far, including 154 confirmed deaths
The average daily infections are above 50 cases, amid overcrowded camps, limited food, contaminated water, and an almost complete lack of medicine

The environment is fully primed for the disease to spread further into other areas and camps as displacement continues. Reported cases in Golo locality have reached 23, including 7 deaths so far

The current situation is an open outbreak in conditions lacking the most basic health and service requirements. There is no adequate medical coverage and no preparations in place to contain the spread

This is the situation as of now in areas controlled by the Sudan Liberation Army/Abdul Wahid Mohamed Ahmed Al-Nur

مرصد شمال دارفور

من قلب مدينة الفاشر التي تحاصرها الحرب ويطحنها الجوع، نعيد التأكيد على نداءات تنسيقية لجان المقاومة ومجلس غرف طوارئ شمال دارفور

اليوم توقّفت أغلب المطابخ عن العمل لأن الدعم توقّف والموارد نفدت والجهود الفردية لم تعد كافية، بعض المطابخ القليلة المتبقية لم تجد سوى الأمباز (مخلفات الفول السوداني) لتطهوه وتقدّمه كوجبة وحيدة للنازحين وأهالي المدينة الذين ينتظرون الطعام ليبقوا على قيد الحياة

مستويات انعدام الأمن الغذائي وصلت إلى حدود غير مسبوقة، انعدام شبه كامل للمواد الغذائية الأساسية بنسبة تصل إلى ٨٨٪. الأطفال والنساء وهم الأكثر ضعفاً، يواجهون خطر الجوع وسوء التغذية الحاد والموت البطيء بصمت

نحن نحمّل كل الجهات المعنية والمنظمات الإنسانية والإغاثية مسؤولية أخلاقية وإنسانية عاجلة، كل تأخير يعني المزيد من الجوع والمزيد من الأرواح التي نفقدها بلا ذنب

رسالتنا واضحة، لا تتركوا الناس يموتون جوعاً وأنتم تشاهدون

North Darfur Observatory، Urgent Statement

From the heart of El Fasher city, besieged by war and crushed by hunger, we reaffirm the calls of the Resistance Committees Coordination and the North Darfur Emergency Rooms Council

Today, most community kitchens have stopped operating because support has stopped, resources have run out, and individual efforts are no longer enough. The few remaining kitchens could only find ambaz (groundnut husks) to cook and serve as the only meal for the displaced and the city’s residents who wait for food just to stay alive

Food insecurity levels have reached unprecedented limits — with an almost complete lack of essential food supplies estimated at up to 88%. Children and women, the most vulnerable, are facing the threat of hunger, severe malnutrition, and silent, slow death

We hold all relevant authorities and humanitarian and relief organizations morally and humanly accountable for urgent action. Every delay means more hunger and more innocent lives lost for no reason

Our message is clear، Do not let people starve to death while you stand by and watch

♦️المالحة، زمزم، أبوشوك، أم كدادة… وقرى الفاشر المحروقة

دي ما مجرد نقاط على الخريطة، دي علامات دم في طريق إبادة ممنهجة تنفذها قوات الدعم السريع والمليشيات المتحالفة معها

في المالحة | 20 مارس 2025
دخلت قوات الدعم السريع والمليشيات المتحالفة معه المدينة، ووقعت مجزرة بشعة شملت قتل، تعذيب، ونهب، مع دفن أكثر من 100 شهيد، بعضهم مجهولو الهوية و الآلاف تم تهجيرهم قسرًا، في ظل تعتيم إعلامي وصمت دولي مخزٍ

في أم كدادة
تم تصفية المدير الطبي د. نور الدين عبد الشافع داخل المستشفى واستهداف مباشر للمرضى والكادر الطبي مع نهب واسع للمحلية وسقوط ما لا يقل عن 150 مدنيًا خلال أسبوع واحد

في زمزم
هجمات متواصلة برى، بالطيران المُسيّر والقصف المدفعي، أسر أُبيدت بالكامل، أطفال قُتلوا داخل الخلاوي، والكوادر الطبية صُفّيت، لا توجد إحصائيات دقيقة حتى الآن لكن العدد الذي وصلنا إليه هو 129 مدنياً حتى لحظة كتابة هذا البوست

في أبوشوك
قصف مدفعي مكثف الليلة فقط، أسفر عن أكثر من 40 شهيدًا ومئات الجرحى، في ظل غياب تام للخدمات الطبية وقصف يومي يستهدف المدنيين

وفي محيط الفاشر
تم حرق 98٪؜ من القرى وتهجير سكانها بالكامل، الريف حول الفاشر اليوم عبارة عن رماد صامت

دي ما أحداث منفصلة، دي سياسة واحدة ونهج واحد وفاعل واحد، والهدف تفريغ دارفور من أهلها ومحو ذاكرتها

نحن في مرصد شمال دارفور لحقوق الإنسان نؤكد أن ما يجري الآن هو إبادة جماعية مكتملة الأركان، ونحمّل المجتمع الدولي مسؤوليته الأخلاقية والتاريخية تجاه هذه الجرائم

These are not just points on a map — they are marks of blood along the path of a systematic genocide carried out by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) and their allied militias.

In Al-Malha | March 20, 2025
A horrific massacre followed the RSF militia’s invasion of the town، Civilians were subjected to killing, torture, looting, and the burial of over 100 martyrs, some of whom remain unidentified —all amid a total media blackout and shameful international silence، Thousands were forcibly displaced.

In Um Kadada
The medical director, Dr. Nour El-Din Abdel Shafea, was executed inside the hospital,
patients and health workers were directly targeted, the locality was widely looted,
and at least 150 civilians were killed within a single week.

In Zamzam
Relentless drone strikes and artillery shelling.
Entire families wiped out, children killed in Quran schools, medical staff executed —
and the camp is still under attack، While there are no official statistics yet, the confirmed death toll has reached 129 martyrs as of this writing.

In Abu Shouk
Heavy artillery bombardment just last night killed over 40 civilians and left hundreds injured, with no medical services available and daily attacks targeting civilians.

Around El Fasher
98% of the surrounding villages have been burned, their populations forcibly displaced.
The rural belt around the city is now nothing but ash.

These are not isolated incidents.
This is one policy, one strategy, one perpetrator — and one clear goal: to empty Darfur of its people and erase its memory.

We at the North Darfur Human Rights Observatory affirm that what is happening now is a full-fledged genocide، We hold the international community morally and historically accountable for the crimes being committed against civilians.

We will not be silent
We will not forget
And we will keep documenting — until the last voice

تم تصفية المدير الطبي لمستشفى أم كدادة، الدكتور نور الدين آدم عبد الشافع، مع طاقمه الطبي صباح يوم الجمعة 11 أبريل 2025، أثناء تأديته واجبه الإنساني داخل المستشفى، وذلك على يد قوات الدعم السريع والمليشيات المتحالفة معاها.

كما أفادت تقارير بأن هذه القوات استهدفت مرضى ومصابين كانوا يتلقون العلاج داخل المستشفى، مما أدى إلى سقوط عدد من الضحايا بين قتيل وجريح.

The medical director of Um Kadada Hospital, Dr. Nour El-Din Adam Abdel Shafea, along with his medical team, was executed on the morning of Friday, April 11, 2025, while performing his humanitarian duties inside the hospital. The perpetrators were identified as the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) and their allied militias.

Reports also indicate that these forces targeted patients and wounded individuals who were receiving treatment inside the hospital, resulting in a number of casualties, both killed and injured
