Our Hope In Tomorrow For Development Organization Non-profit Organization empowering women & children through awareness, peace & protection in Darfur.

منظمة عشمنا في بكرة هي منظمة مدنية غير ربحية، غير حكومية، غير حزبية، مستقلة، تأسست في 25 أبريل 2024، وتعمل في مدينة الفاشر والمناطق المحيطة بها.

تهدف المنظمة إلى دعم وتمكين النساء والأطفال من خلال أنشطة تُركّز على :

- التوعية بالصحة الإنجابية والنفسية
- الحماية من العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي
- تعزيز مفاهيم السلام والتعايش المجتمعي
- تحسين جودة الحياة في ظل النزوح والأزمات

تسعى المنظمة إلى

تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة عبر تنفيذ برامج في الصحة،والتعليم، والحماية، وسبل كسب العيش، وبناء السلام، ورفع الوعي الاجتماعي والقانوني.

As part of humanitarian efforts to support women and girls in crisis-affected areas, Our hope in tomorrow organization implemented a health care kits distribution activity in North Darfur – Al-Maliha locality (Mareiga and Marsous), with support from Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA)

The activity also included psychosocial support sessions, and the overall activity reached 200 women and girls during the month of March, aiming to provide a safe space for support and recovery, while promoting awareness of health and psychosocial well being

في سياق الجهود الإنسانية الهادفة إلى تعزيز كرامة النساء والفتيات، نفّذت منظمة عشمنا في بكرة نشاط توزيع أكياس الكرامة في طويلة – معسكر شكشكو (دَبّة نايرة) خلال فبراير 2026، بالتعاون مع منظمة نجوم الغد وبدعم من Saferworld

كما شمل النشاط تنفيذ جلستين للدعم النفسي والاجتماعي الجماعي، وفّرتا مساحة آمنة للنساء والفتيات للتعبير، ومساندة التعافي، وتعزيز الصحة النفسية في ظل التحديات التي يواجهنها





As part of humanitarian efforts to promote the dignity and well being of women and girls, Our hope in tomorrow organization implemented a Dignity Kits distribution activity in Tawila, Shakshako Camp (Dabba Naira) during February 2026, in collaboration with Nogoum Al-Ghad Organization and with support from Saferworld

The activity also included two group psychosocial support sessions for women and girls, providing a safe space for expression, supporting emotional recovery, and strengthening mental well being amid the challenges they face.

لا يمكن مواجهة العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي دون دور مجتمعي واعٍ ومسؤول

السكوت تواطؤ، والوعي حماية، والموقف الواضح يصنع الفرق ، المجتمع الحامي هو المجتمع الذي يختار العدالة لا الصمت





It is impossible to confront gender-based violence without a conscious and responsible role from the community

Silence is complicity, awareness is protection, and taking a clear stand is what makes the difference, A protective community is one that chooses justice over silence

الخوف من الوصمة الاجتماعية أحد أكبر العوائق
أمام الإبلاغ عن العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي

حين يُقابل الألم بالشك، والشك باللوم
يصبح الصمت وسيلة بقاء لا اختيار

كسر الوصمة مسؤولية مجتمعية، وبناء بيئة
آمنة يبدأ بالتصديق، والإنصات، والاحترام





Fear of social stigma is one of the greatest barriers to reporting gender based violence , When pain is met with doubt, and doubt turns into blame, silence becomes a means of survival not a choice, Breaking stigma is a collective responsibility, Building a safe environment begins with believing survivors, listening without judgment, and responding with respect

العنف الرقمي لا يقلّ خطورة عن أي شكل من أشكال العنف!!
فهو اعتداء يجري في الظل، يبدأ برسالة بسيطة وقد ينتهي بانتهاكٍ كامل للخصوصية والأمان

الابتزاز، التهديد، مشاركة الصور دون إذن، التتبع، الاختراق، كلها أشكال عنف حقيقي ينبغي التوعية بها ورفضها بوضوح

وعندما تُدرك المرأة حقوقها الرقمية، وتعرف أين تقف حدود الأمان، تصبح قادرة على حماية نفسها، ورفض أي محاولة لإسكاتها أو تهديدها خلف الشاشة

نحن في منظمة عشمنا في بكرة نواصل نشر الوعي لحماية النساء من كل أشكال العنف، وتأكيد حقهن في فضاء رقمي آمن ومحترم






Digital violence is no less dangerous than any other form of abuse

It is an attack that happens in the shadows, often starting with a simple message and escalating into a full violation of privacy and personal safety

Blackmail, threats, sharing images without consent, stalking, and hacking are all real forms of violence that must be clearly recognized, rejected, and confronted

When women understand their digital rights and know where the boundaries of safety lie, they gain the power to protect themselves and to refuse any attempt to silence or intimidate them behind a screen

At Our Hope in Tomorrow Organization, we continue to raise awareness to protect women from all forms of violence and to affirm their right to a safe, respectful digital space

العنف الاقتصادي أحد أكثر أشكال العنف صمتاً..
لكنه الأكثر قدرة على تقييد حياة النساء

عندما تُحرم المرأة من حقها في العمل، أو يُسلب دخلها،
أتُجبر على الاعتماد المالي الكامل، فإن ذلك لا يمسّ اقتصادها فقط، بل يمسّ حريتها وأمانها وكرامتها

الاستقلال المالي ليس رفاهية، بل أساس
لكل امرأة تبحث عن قرارٍ حرّ وحياة آمنة

فلنرفع الوعي حول هذا النوع الخفي من العنف، ونواجه كل محاولة لسلب النساء حقهن في العمل والاختيار والعيش بكرامة






Economic violence is one of the most silent forms of abuse,yet one of the most powerful in controlling women’s lives

When a woman is denied her right to work, stripped of her income, or forced into,complete financial dependence, the harm goes far beyond money it strikes her freedom, safety, and dignity

Financial independence is not a luxury, it is a foundation for every woman seeking autonomy, security, and a life of choice

Let us raise awareness about this hidden form of violence, and stand against every attempt to deprive women of their right to work, decide, and live with dignity

التحرّش لا يقتصر على اللمس أو الاعتداء المباشر…بل قد يبدأ بكلمة، بنظرة، أو سلوكٍ يزعزع شعور المرأة بالأمان

كل فعل يُمارَس دون موافقة هو اعتداء على الكرامة، وكل محاولة لإحراج المرأة، تخويفها، أو استغلال وجودها، هو تحرّش، مهما حاول البعض تبريره أو التقليل منه

نحن في منظمة عشمنا في بكرة نؤمن أنّ رفع الوعي هو خط الدفاع الأول،وأن حماية النساء تبدأ من معرفة حقوقهن ومن الاعتراف بأن الأمان حقّ لا يتجزأ






Harassment is not limited to touching or direct assault… it can begin with a word, a look, or a behavior that undermines a woman’s sense of safety

Any action carried out without consent is an assault on dignity, and any attempt to embarrass, intimidate, or exploit a woman is harassment, no matter how some try to justify or downplay it

At Our Hope in Tomorrow Organization, we believe that raising awareness is the first line of defense, and that protecting women begins with knowing their rights and recognizing that safety is an inalienable right

العنف ليس شكلاً واحداً… فالأذى الذي يُصيب الجسد مُشاهَد، لكن الأذى الذي يجرح النفس قد يكون أعمق وأشد أثراً

العنف الجسدي يترك علامات ظاهرة، أما العنف النفسي فيترك ندوباً لا تُرى، لكنها تغيّر نظرة المرأة لنفسها وثقتها في العالم من حولها..

كلاهما عنف..وكلاهما مؤذٍ ،مهما اختلفت صورته، يظل انتهاكاً لكرامة المرأة وحقها في الأمان

نحن في منظمة عشمنا في بكرة نواصل رفع الوعي لحماية النساء من كل أشكال الأذى، وإعادة الاعتبار لصوتهن وحقوقهن





Physical violence leaves marks on the body, but psychological violence leaves wounds that are far deeper and harder to healheal

Physical abuse may be visible, yet emotional abuse slowly breaks a woman’s confidence, her sense of safety, and the way she sees herself and the world around her

Both forms are violence, Both cause real harm,And both are violations of a woman’s dignity and her fundamental right to feel safe

At Our Hope in Tomorrow Organization, we, continue raising awareness to protect, women from every form of abuse, and to ensure their voices and rights are never overlooked
