Our CEO, Moses (Moshe)

Our inspiration. The heart behind everything we do.

Rescued in 2017, Moses was found drowning in a river after falling from his mother. A tiny orphan with everything stacked against him.

But Moses survived…
and he changed everything.

From his journey, Protect Paradise (Seychelles) was created.

A sanctuary where bats are not feared, but understood.
Where their intelligence, grace, and sentience are revealed.

Where compassion leads the way.

Because every life matters.
And sometimes, the smallest survivor becomes the greatest teacher.

A heartbreaking beginning.

This baby bat was orphaned after its mother was killed by hunters. Left alone in a box for three days frightened and hungry it has now been rescued and is safe in the care of Protect Paradise Seychelles.

The little one has made it through the first night and is slowly regaining strength.

It’s Baby Bat Orphan Season Soon🦇🦇

Our island heroes are about to welcome a new generation.

Not all baby bats make it safely. Some fall from their mothers, arrive weak, or sick and need our care to survive.

Protect Paradise Seychelles is getting ready for this busy time, but we need your help to prepare supplies for them.

New Arrival at Protect Paradise 🐢

This juvenile Aldabra Giant Tortoise has travelled all the way from Alphonse Island to Mahe for urgent care.

Arriving dehydrated, with sore eyes, shell rot, and refusing to eat, it’s now under our rehabilitation programme. We’re giving fluids, soft foods, and lots of TLC to help it regain strength and energy. 🐢✨
