Burns Creek Pathfinder Club The Pathfinder Club is a world wide program organized and directed by the Youth Department of SDA Church.

It offers a wide range of learning experiences for young people 10 to 15 years of age and is operated by the local Seventh-day Adventist church

Over the Easter weekend, our Pathfinders successfully completed a hike covering approximately 10km from Burnscreek SDA Church to Kolina Village Upper LDA and returned along the same route. We thank God for granting us favorable weather, strength, and safety throughout the journey. This activity not only built physical endurance but also strengthened friendship, teamwork, and faith among our Pathfinders.

Yesterday 28 March 2026, our Burns Creek Pathfinders together with Pathfinder staff were blessed to be part of the church outreach program carried out across the four zones in the eastern part of Honiara. Our young Pathfinders were very instrumental in visiting homes, encouraging families, sharing Godโ€™s Word, and praying with those we met along the way.

It was inspiring to see our Pathfinders actively involved in mission work, standing side by side with church members, youths, elders, and leaders in reaching out to the community. Their willingness to serve reflects the true spirit of Pathfinder Club ministryโ€”learning to serve, lead, and grow in Christ.

We thank God for allowing our Pathfinders to be part of this meaningful ministry. May the seeds of love, prayer, and encouragement shared yesterday continue to touch the hearts of the families visited. โค๏ธ๐Ÿ™

Our Pathfinders were blessed to be part of this yearโ€™s Global Youth Day outreach together with church members, youth, elders, and the wider church family as we reached out to communities in the eastern part of Honiara.

Early in the morning, our Pathfinders joined the outreach teams and walked alongside others to visit homes, share food, speak words of encouragement, pray with families, and share Godโ€™s Word with residents in different communities. It was a meaningful experience for our young people to take part in mission and service, showing kindness and love through simple actions.

This outreach reminded our Pathfinders that serving God is not only inside the church, but also by reaching out to people in our communities who need hope, prayer, and encouragement. It was encouraging to see young hands and willing hearts working together with adults in one mission.

We thank God for His protection, for the cool morning, and for the opportunity given to our Pathfinders to be part of this special day of service. May the seeds planted through prayer, sharing, and kindness continue to grow in every family visited.

Unit Opening and March Pass

Today our Pathfinders held the opening program for the 2026 Pathfinder year, beginning with our Unit Opening ceremony and a Pathfinder March Pass. This event marked the official start of our activities for the year.

We look forward to many more activities, training programs, and community services as we continue our Pathfinder journey in 2026.
