History:
Pakistan International School, Riyadh was established in 1968 as an International School under the Royal permission of the King Faisal Bin Abdul Aziz Al-Saud (Late). Upto 1988, the School functioned under the Management of the Armed Forces but on 4th December, 1988, it was taken over by the Embassy of Pakistan at Riyadh. Aims & Objectives:
To impart best possible education to Pakistani ch

ildren residing in Riyadh and its suburbs. To impart knowledge on modern lines to the students in accordance with the national objectives and the curriculum/syllabi prescribed by the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Islamabad. To impart religious knowledge so the students become true Muslims and good Pakistanis. To equip the students with a sound knowledge, a high standard of moral behavior and qualities of initiation, leadership and responsibility. Location:
The institution is named as Pakistan International School, Riyadh, K.S.A. It comprises of eight separate Wings situated in Nasriya within a radius of about half a kilometer. Management:
There is a Board of Governors to run the school under the chairmanship of H.E. Administration:
The Principal is the over all in charge of the school and is assisted by seven Wing Heads at various levels for smooth running and administrative control of the school.

Our Beloved teacher Sir Afzal Bhatti passed away today.
May Allah rest his soul in Peace.

He had an accident while he was driving his bike which got hit by a truck due to which his ribs got fractured and punctured the lungs. He had difficulty breathing and was shifted to the ICU on a ventilator. Due to unconsciousness he went into a Comma and couldn't revive from it.

Asalam o Alaikum.

I have a very sad news to share.

Mr Sana ullah Sultan ( PISES) Chemistry teacher) died in a road accident early this morning while coming back from Umra. His wife and his elder daughter also died in this accident. While his two younger children suffered from minor injuries. Accident happened near Al Qawiya about 170 km from Riyadh.

Purpose of this post is to support the person mentioned:

Today I met Sir Altaf (used to teach Islamiyat as a subject at PISR).

I took the opportunity to stop and meet him.

The moment he saw me he recognized me right away.. listening to this from someone who saw me after 19 years, I was moved!

We then spent some time chit chatting. He has, like other teachers, a very sad story. He is jobless since a long time and he has filed a claim in labor court against the school for not paying salaries and benefits. Still he sees no hope sadly.

I urge and request my brothers here to support him.

We will enjoy the long weekend with family inshaallah but he has a family of 6 kids now and probably has nothing in his pocket.

I can also share his contact detail if required, anyone can contact him directly and spread the word as well.

May Allah Bless us all with a prosper life and enable us in helping the needy.
