This Group was created by the 1st OFW Cooperative to unite and bring all OFW & Family around the world to a All-In-One Service (AIOS) Cooperative Social Service Enterprise for those early boomers specially the retiring Overseas Contract Workers to help them reintegrate to the Philippines with Small-Medium-Enterprise t
o continuously support its family and fight all forms poverty. OFW Cooperative was created in the rebirth of the 1st OFW Cooperative the juanREWARDS Multipurpose Cooperative whose common bond of membership and CDA registration is occupational Overseas Filipino Workers as predecessor of 1st OCW Coop - the Overseas Contract Workers & Family Credit Cooperative, Inc. (OCWFCCI) established in 1987 whose goal is to establish the 1st OFW Coop Bank to mitigate the gap of foreign exchange devaluation, and know being carry-on by juanREWARDS. The goal of this cooperative is to help improve the quality of life of its members and in furtherance thereto shall aim:
1. To support the OFW Re-integration program of the government by providing vehicles of livelihood, business and investment opportunities;
2. To attain increased income, savings, investments, productivity, and purchasing power, and promote among themselves equitable distribution of net surplus through maximum utilization of economies of scale, cost-sharing and risk-sharing;
3. To provide optimum social and economic benefits to its members;
4. To teach members efficient ways of doing things in a cooperative manner;
5. To propagate cooperative practices and new ideas in business and management;
6. To allow the lower income and less privileged groups to increase their ownership in the wealth of the nation;
7. To actively support the government, other cooperatives and people oriented organizations, both local and foreign, in promoting cooperatives as a practical means towards sustainable socio-economic development under a truly just and democratic society;
8. To institutionalize a dynamic savings mobilization and capital build-up schemes to sustain its developmental activities and long-term investments, thereby ensuring optimum economic benefits to the members, their families and the general public;
9. To implement policy guidelines that will ensure transparency, equitable access to its resources and services, and promote the interests of the members; and
