Subject: Successful Hotel Accommodation Sponsorship – 51st National Convention

Dear Madam President,

I hope this message finds you and the rest of the UAP-KSA Riyadh Chapter in great spirits as preparations continue for the 51st National Convention for Architects.

It is with great pleasure that I inform you that my coordination with Davies Paints regarding the chapter's request for hotel accommodation has been successfully finalized. I am happy to confirm that the Hotel Accommodation Sponsorship has been officially granted.

Though I am currently thousands of miles away in Texas, my heart and commitment remain steadfast with our chapter. I am glad that, despite the distance, we managed to find a way to secure this support for our members.

Congratulations on your historic term as our first Lady Chapter President Ar. Eloisaly M. Labro, uap. I wish the entire delegation a productive and memorable convention.

This Chapter Medallion is more than a symbol of office, it is a quiet witness to the journey of our beloved UAP–KSA Riyadh Chapter. From the moment our chapter was chartered under the pioneering leadership of our First Lady Chapter President, Arch. Eloisaly M. Labro, UAP, it has carried the collective hopes, sacrifices, and service of every officer who chose to lead with integrity while far from home.

To the Executive Officers and Board Members for FY 2025–2026, we extend our deepest gratitude for continuing this tradition of honor. By awarding this Chapter Medallion to us, the past chapter presidents, you affirm that leadership does not end with a term, it lives on through continuity, remembrance, and shared responsibility.

This medallion reminds us that each administration builds upon the foundations laid by those before it, and that our chapter’s strength comes from unity across generations of service.
