The Inspection Technology and Quality Assurance National Institute (ITQAN) is a state-of-the-art institute that aims at inspiring passion for excellence, provides world-class training programs, and delivers state-of-the-art human resources development. It is the result of a strategic partnership between Saudi Aramco (SA) and the Technical & Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) in accordance with

signed agreements. ITQAN is located in Juaymah. It intends to train and qualify young Saudi’s in order to meet the market needs, contribute to community growth, help reduce unemployment and support the Kingdom’s workforce and nationalization efforts. ITQAN offers inspection training mainly to high school graduates to qualify them to work in the energy sector. WHAT IS TECHNICAL INSPECTION
Technical Inspection is the heart of business in the field of energy. It ensures safety and is the most effective tool to avoid potential dangers in the workplace. Furthermore, it ensures that the finished work is done according to solid standards and specifications. INSPECTOR GRADUATE ATTRIBUTES
Basic understanding of related International standards and specifications. Conducting inspection during manufacturing, construction & operation. Determining condition of plant equipment & record measurements. Basic understanding of Inspection concepts, terminologies and work ethics. Good understanding of safety behavior in hazardous work environments. Ability to effectively communicate in English. Ability to pass Saudi Skills Standards (SSS) certification exam. ITQAN DIPLOMA
ITQAN trainees will obtain job entry diploma in a specific Inspection discipline such as Electrical, Mechanical, Welding, Civil and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) in two years. The diploma will be recognized nationally and internationally.

1ST YEAR - FOUNDATION
For the trainees to be ready for the skill year, they have to complete a number of academic subjects as shown below. The Foundation year duration is 45 Weeks of training (225 days), 6.8 Hrs of training per day.

2ND YEAR - JOB SKILLS
The trainee will be enrolled in one of ITQAN’s five inspection programs. The Skill year duration is 45 Weeks of training (225 days), 6.8 Hrs of training per day. ITQAN TRAINING PROGRAMS

THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES (THE BOARD)
ITQAN’s Board was formed in November 2014. The main roles and responsibilities of the Board are:

Develop and implement an active and continuous strategy to attract potential primary stakeholders to join ITQAN. Appoint and discharge ITQAN Managing Director and other officers. Manage and operate ITQAN as it sees fit. Control and manage all ITQAN assets and liabilities. Take all required and/or appropriate steps to dissolve ITQAN and dispose of its assets as it sees fit. DIPLOMA FOR THE INSPECTION PROGRAMS IS BASED ON:
2 Years Program.
1500 hours per trimester (a year).
3 semesters a year (11 months).
15 weeks / semester.
510 hours per semester.

On May 10-12, 2026, the Inspection Technology and Quality Assurance National Institute (ITQAN) organized a three-day Blood Donation Campaign at its Multipurpose Hall in Ju’aymah campus, in collaboration with King Fahad Specialist Hospital (KFSH).

The campaign was conducted under the supervision of specialized medical professionals from KFSH and witnessed strong engagement, with approximately 400 trainees and staff volunteering to donate blood.

This initiative reflects ITQAN’s commitment to corporate social responsibility by promoting health awareness, encouraging volunteerism, strengthening community engagement, and contributing to local healthcare needs.

On May 6, ITQAN hosted a strategic meeting with the CEO of the Saudi Logistics Academy at its Ju’aymah campus to explore potential areas of collaboration in training and workforce development. Discussions focused on supporting SLA’s training requirements, particularly in Quality Assurance (QA) programs, while highlighting ITQAN’s diploma offerings, specialized courses, and internationally accredited certification pathways. On May 7, ITQAN hosted the NTCs Cross-Collaboration Workshop in Ju’aymah, in collaboration with the Saudi Aramco Local Workforce Development Department. Under the theme “Emergency Response Plan Implementation” . the workshop brought together representatives from various National Training Centers (NTCs) to exchange best practices, operational experiences, and lessons learned in emergency preparedness and response management. The session featured presentation on ITQAN’s emergency preparedness and best practices, followed by an interactive roundtable discussion on emergency scenarios and response strategies. The workshop reinforced the importance of continuous collaboration among NTCs in strengthening emergency response capabilities, enhancing coordination, and fostering a proactive safety culture.

Under the name of “Foundation Day, February 22nd”, ITQAN recognized the foundation of the first Saudi state in 1727 by Imam Mohammed ibn Saud and took part in the celebration on February 24th, 2026, to commemorate and give recognition to the beginning of the Saudi state’s history with focused on the deep historical roots of the Kingdom.

The program included opening remarks and Quran recitation, the Saudi National Anthem, and a national documentary screening, followed by a speech from the ITQAN management highlighting pride in the Kingdom’s rich history and continued prosperity. An engaging discussion segment titled “Saudi Arabia in Their Eyes” featured reflections from expatriate faculty members, who shared their experiences and deep appreciation for the professional opportunities, cultural diversity, safety, and welcoming environment they continue to experience throughout their journey here.

On February 16–17, 2026, the Inspection Technology and Quality Assurance National Institute (ITQAN) organized a Blood Donation Campaign at its Multipurpose Hall in Ju’aymah campus, in collaboration with King Fahd Military Medical Complex (KFMMC). The initiative reflects ITQAN’s commitment to corporate social responsibility and its ongoing efforts to promote the values of citizenship, solidarity, and community service.

The campaign was conducted under the supervision of specialized medical professionals from KFMMC and witnessed strong engagement, with approximately 100 trainees and staff volunteering to donate blood. We are proud to announce that on February 11, 2026, the Inspection Technology and Quality Assurance National Institute (ITQAN) celebrated the graduation of over 150 students from our 2025/2026 Diploma Program at the Ju’aymah Campus.

The ceremony reflected the dedication of our graduates and the strength of our strategic partnerships. We were honored by the presence of the ITQAN Board of Trustees, Lincoln College Group (UK), and senior representatives from Saudi Aramco, Colleges of Excellence, and our valued sponsoring companies.

The event commenced with opening remarks by ITQAN BoT Chairman, Eng. Walid Alnaeem, followed by a showcase of ITQAN’s services and offerings through a series of promotional videos. The ceremony also featured insightful speeches from the ITQAN MD, the College Dean, the Lincoln College Group CEO, and two distinguished graduates.

Furthermore, ITQAN recognized its strategic partnerships with key stakeholders: Saudi Aramco, TVTC, Colleges of Excellence, and HRDF, alongside Lincoln College International and our sponsoring companies.
