Today was a beautiful and memorable last day with our visitor, Martina, from Switzerland. We spent a special moment with a wonderful group of women from our community, learning and sharing the art of making Rwandan traditional baskets.
It was more than just a handicraft activity; it was a moment of cultural exchange, connection, learning, and celebrating the creativity and skills of Rwandan women. Thank you, Martina, for spending this special time with us and for being part of the Nufashwa Yafasha family. We wish you a safe journey and hope to welcome you back to Rwanda again!

Grateful to have completed a meaningful two-day training and self-compassion retreat at Iwacu Recovery Centre, focused on Counseling and Addiction Treatment Services.

The sessions explored Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), kindness, mindfulness, compassion, and trauma healing, reminding us that healing begins with understanding ourselves, treating ourselves with kindness, and creating safe spaces for others to heal.

This certificate represents more than a training. It is a reminder of the importance of compassion in recovery, resilience in healing, and kindness in service to others.
