Sexual Health Education Center “SHEC”, your partner to ensure the knowledge of s*xuality and misdeeds of the drugs to a balanced and responsible society finally to fight against human trafficking. In the African culture the girl was receiving s*x education in relation to the maintenance of his private parts of the body hygiene in general and in the preparation of marriage. On the other hand, young
boys were receiving their education inculcating the values of the culture of the society to make them responsible. This was provided through men and wise elders and concerned only the elites. The introduction of modern school by missionaries has ended these cultural practices .For these missionaries; s*x was taboo as talking about s*x built a sin. Parents of our time and their own parents received this kind of education. As result there was no exchange between children and parents in matters of s*x related issues. Nothing has packed the vacuum generated by abandoning this education. That’s what explains many problems that young people face today of early marriages and pregnancies, STIs, HIV, GBV, separation of couples and divorces, alcohol and drugs abuse, etc. Yet the socio -economic development policy in the world today has medium and long term strategies that aim at strengthening the human capital that considers the family as the center of all development. In this regards, the care and protection brought to young people in terms of gender equality and good family health are mandatory. New approaches have been developed to reduce infant mortality, mortality at birth and during delivery. Measures to advocate greater use of modern contraceptive methods to better manage family planning have been put in place.
