om our parents ,homes ,friends. deny jobs all based on our s*x orientation and gender identity expressions.

Why do we ignore the stories that shaped our community? Old gay men—who built safe spaces long before acceptance—and children of gay parents—who grew up rewriting the meaning of family—hold the keys to lessons we desperately need today.
