Rwanda is rising and with it, a new generation of globally competitive talent must emerge.
Today, we are proud to introduce a groundbreaking partnership between the Academy of Labour and Social Relations (Moscow), the Russkiy Mir Foundation, and Soma Foundation Rwanda bringing a fully sponsored Russian Language Programme to Kigali.
But this is not just about learning a language.
This is about positioning Rwanda for the future.
As our nation expands into critical sectors like nuclear energy, space science, and advanced technologies, the demand for highly skilled professionals is no longer a distant vision it is a national priority. The Rwanda Space Agency is taking shape, and the nuclear industry will require hundreds of specialists in the years ahead.
The question is: Who will fill these roles?
Through this programme, young Rwandans gain more than language skills—they gain access:
- Access to world-class Russian universities
- Access to cutting-edge scientific and technical fields
- Access to global networks and opportunities
This is how nations are built through strategic education, bold partnerships, and long-term vision.
From Kigali to Moscow, we are building bridges that will shape careers, industries, and the future of Rwanda.
Be part of the generation that doesn’t just witness Rwanda’s transformation but leads it.
