We wrapped up three days of the Usability Testing & Testbed Workshop with one important reminder: building a better product starts with listening.
After putting SomaBox in front of real testers, Day 3 was about reflecting on their feedback, identifying what needs to change, and thinking about how we can apply those insights to make SomaBox more useful and relevant to the learners we serve.
The workshop has changed the way we approach our product, moving from simply asking “Does it work?” to asking “Does it work well for the people we built it for?”
One key lesson we’re taking forward is the value of evidence-based improvement. We’ll continue using user feedback, testing, and iteration to strengthen SomaBox as we work toward reaching more learners.
