TB to last weeks GESI Champions from the districts of Nyamasheke, Ngororero, Bugesera, Rutsiro, were equipped as ambassadors of change.
Through deep discussions on self-development, gender equality, and GBV prevention, they are now better positioned to lead, inspire, and protect their communities.

TB: AFRO ARK successfully conducted a 3-day training for 25 women and girls peer champions from Karangazi and Katabagemu sectors on bodily autonomy, Gender-Based Violence (GBV) policies and laws, and advocacy skills to engage duty bearers on the rights and protection of women and girls.

The training aimed to strengthen knowledge, build confidence, and empower women and girls to become advocates for justice, protection, and gender equality within their communities.
