A moment worth celebrating in Rutunga, Gasabo District!

Sociotherapy graduates of the programme celebrated their achievement through heartfelt testimonies, poems, dances, and sketches that reflected their experiences and the journey they have walked together.

One graduate shared a powerful story of how she used to avoid commemoration after losing her mother and siblings without having the chance to bury them. Through the programme, she discovered the value of remembrance, resilience, and unity, and shared that she will now join others during commemoration.

Every testimony shared was a reminder that healing is a journey, and together communities can find strength and hope.
