Rwanda Society of Prosthetists and Orthotists Rwanda Society of Prosthetists and Orthotists is a profession association representing all qualified Prosthists and orthotists in Rwanda.

It was established by the professionals’ general assembly on July 1, 2016 replacing Rwanda Society of Orthopedic Technologist; this was done to include all Categories in the profession. The medical prosthetics and orthotics is a recognized health profession by the government of Rwanda. The prosthetists and orthotists are members of Rwanda Allied Health Professionals council (RAHPC) with specific d

uties like other registered health care providers. These duties must be delivered with honor, dignity and integrity to assure the maintenance of public confidence in the profession.
