On Sunday August 27, 2023 XoCare shared Umuganura with families of single parents in Kicukiro district, Kicukiro sector,Kagina cell. The conversation was led by the cell executive together with the leader of Xocare and her subordinates.The participants were reminded that "Living a meaningful life is everyone's responsibility according to the government's guidelines and programs". In that ceremony, XoCare presented 20 families of 83 people with medical insurance (mutuelle de sante).
