3 days. 10 countries. One practice.

Phnom Penh → Kigali → Bern → Stavanger → Cambridge → London → Luxembourg → Hamburg → Madrid → Marbella → Da Nang → plus studios across the US.

Teachers showed up. Practitioners showed up. On mats, in parks, on screens.

Together, you raised $11,239 for Yogathon for Global Peace 2026 - nearly triple what we set out to raise. 🙌

That's: Mats + blocks for a class that couldn't run without them. A ride so a survivor can reach a trauma-informed session. A full month of teacher training for a woman who'll lead her own community

This is AZAHAR in Cambodia, Rwanda, and Ukraine, real tools, in the hands of the people who use them.

To every teacher, every studio, every practitioner, every donor: thank you. You're the reason this moves. 💛

By chanting Om namo bhagavate vāsudevāya, we use the vibrational energy to bow to the divine within, not necessarily to a particular form of God, but to a higher Self. Vāsudeva is a symbol for the indwelling consciousness present in every form of life. It suggests that the divine is not outside of us, but always present in everyone and everything. Vāsudeva is another name for Kṛṣṇa, represented as the Supreme Being, as God. In the scriptures, Kṛṣṇa is often described as saccidānanda: truth (sat), consciousness (cit), bliss (ānanda). Consciousness or knowledge here means remembering who we really are at the core of our being, understanding that we are part of a shared cosmic mind, not separate from the Other. As Sharon Gannon writes: “The purpose of our lives is to remember who we really are – to remember our eternal connection to the supreme source – to God. This remembrance is called Self-realization, awakening, enlightenment, or Yoga.” (Essay: “The meaning of Life” in Eternity is Happening now Volume 1, p.14).

Today we had the blessing of welcoming and practicing with a founder of , an organization that has played a powerful role in bringing healing across the African continent through yoga teacher training programs. Our teachers have greatly benefited from this work, and it was a beautiful reunion.

We are grateful to continue expanding access to these healing practices within our communities.

Together, we are building peace, one breath, one dance, one movement at a time, creating spaces for healing and allowing peace to prosper.

Happy Labor Day 🌱

Today, we honor the dignity of hard work and the incredible individuals who dedicate their energy to building and uplifting our communities every single day.

Do you know that self-care doesn’t have to be complicated or pricey? Light a candle, create a calming atmosphere, and allow yourself to unwind.

Even the smallest rituals can bring a sense of peace and balance to your day. You truly deserve every little act of kindness you give to yourself.

I am not free while any woman is unfree, even when her shackles are very different from my own.” ~ Audre Lorde

When one woman heals, she opens a door for many others. Her freedom gives others permission to breathe, to rise, to lead.

In every session, we witness this quiet revolution women transforming pain into power, reclaiming their voices, and standing tall together. 🧡

Healing isn’t just personal. It’s collective. And when you join us, you become part of that change. 🙏

This is not just about yoga. It’s about what can happen when someone feels supported and not alone.

In this video, a member of our community in Rwanda shares how yoga slowly became more than movement. Through breath, meditation, and gentle practice, they began to sleep better, feel less pain in the body, and find a sense of calm after a long time of stress and loss.

Stories like this remind us why this work matters.
Because access to care, safe spaces, and community can truly change how people live at any age.

With deep gratitude to our partners and teachers on the ground, and to everyone who shows up, practice by practice, breath by breath. 🤍
