1. Entrepreneurship and Business Development: Through the Nelisa Startup Fund (NSF), we provide venture capital to early-stage startups with high growth potential. We target young entrepreneurs aged 18 to 35, offering funding without the need for collateral or securities. Instead, we take an equity stake in these businesses for a limited period, helping them scale and succeed. Our approach ensures that viable, scalable, and innovative projects, owned entirely by young people, have the opportunity to thrive.
2. Mental Wellness and Counseling: Recognizing the importance of mental health, NAA offers comprehensive mental wellness programs. We provide counseling, career guidance, and support to help youth navigate challenges and achieve their full potential. Our initiatives are designed to combat stigma, raise awareness, and promote healing, ensuring that mental wellness is a priority in the journey toward personal and professional success.
3. Livelihood Skills Training: Through our Career Tech Hub, we equip young people with the practical skills they need to succeed in today’s fast-evolving job market. From digital literacy to technical training, our programs are tailored to meet the needs of the modern economy, ensuring that Africa’s youth are not just participants but leaders in the global workforce.
4. Innovation and Market Access: At NAA, we believe in the power of innovation to drive progress.
