1969 photograph of 120 South Franklin Street. Built in 1907 as the home of Henry Lazarus, founder of Lazarus Department store. Designed by Wilkes-Barre architects Olds and Puckey in the late Second Empire/Beaux Arts style - reminiscent of a Paris townhouse (same architects that designed Irem Temple on North Franklin Street). Now law offices.
