On Friday, we confessed that we spent the whole morning stealing ideas from each other. 😄

Well... the afternoon looked a little different.💁🏻‍♀️

It was time to see Beyond Success Rwanda beyond the presentations.

We started with a visit to our office, where delegates got to meet the team, understand how we work, and see the systems that quietly keep the mission moving every day.

From there, we headed to CLA in Faith Hoopers Camp where delegates experienced a Beyond Success Roundtable in action. It was refreshing to watch young people openly share, ask questions, and learn from one another—the very essence of what Beyond Success is all about.

We closed the day with an evening conversation led by Mr. Ray Popham. Among the many reflections he shared, one stayed with us:

“Stop treating humans as resources. They are sources.”

We haven’t stopped thinking about that ever since.

Confession Time…👀

We spent the whole morning stealing ideas from each other.

Okay... maybe “stealing” isn’t the right word. 😄

But that’s exactly what is all about.

As each country shared its Beyond Success journey, you could almost see people mentally bookmarking ideas:
”We should try that.”*
“That could work for us too.”
“Why haven’t we thought of that before?”

One team shared how they’re intentionally using social media to build visibility and open doors to new organizational partnerships. Another reminded us that credibility isn’t just built by what we say we do, but by the structures we put in place and the integrity with which we report our impact. We also explored how building strong relationships with government institutions and local leaders has opened doors for greater trust, collaboration, and community impact in different countries.

Perhaps the most valuable lesson wasn’t in the presentations themselves🌝 it was realizing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to leadership.
Every country has its own context, its own challenges, and its own opportunities. Yet by learning from one another, we all left with ideas we could adapt and apply back home.

Maybe that’s the real magic of Peer Learning.

You arrive with your experience. 💁🏻‍♀️

You leave carrying a little bit of everyone else’s too. 🌍

🎊This year, Beyond Success Rwanda had the privilege of hosting the 2026 Africa Peer Learning & Review, welcoming delegates from Liberia, Eswatini, Uganda, Malawi, Burundi, Kenya, Senegal, and Nigeria for a week of learning, collaboration, and shared growth.

But before the presentations, workshops, and exchange of best practices, there was something much simpler—a welcome dinner.

And no, it wasn’t a night about work.

We intentionally kept the agenda aside and reserved the evening for good food 🥘, genuine conversations, laughter😆, and getting to know one another beyond our job titles. After all, it’s much easier to learn with people once you’ve first connected as people.

The learning would come in the days ahead.

For this evening, we simply enjoyed the moment, the company, and the beginning of what would become a memorable week together. 💃

🔥🙌We made the pit stop. 🏁

What began as a vision became a room filled with Christian professionals and leaders gathered around one shared conviction: our faith should shape how we lead, serve, build, and influence.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who made the Christian Corporate Convention 2026 what it was.

👏To every attendee who showed up and engaged, every speaker who poured into the room, every partner who believed in the vision, and every guest who joined us—thank you.

It was an honor to gather with you.

🏎️The pit stop was never the destination. It was preparation for the race ahead.

Now, back to the race—refueled, reconnected, and ready to influence. 🏁
