Today, we are participating in the JADF Gakenke Open Day, where we are showcasing the activities and achievements of TUJYANEMO HDVC as a local NGO supporting children with disabilities, vulnerable families, and communities in the Northern Province of Rwanda.
Through our programs, we are improving livelihoods by promoting permagarden practices and training families in sustainable agriculture. We are also empowering women through skills development in sewing, supporting young people with disabilities through vocational training such as shoemaking, and contributing to the fight against malnutrition by promoting balanced and nutritious diets.
This event, taking place from today until Friday, is a great opportunity to share our work, experiences, and impact with partners, community members, and other stakeholders.
We sincerely appreciate and thank our partners, including Nancy Strachan , The Permagarden Foundation, and David H. Albert , for their continued support and commitment to transforming the lives of vulnerable families and communities.
