Youth African And Regional Integrated for Technical Support Program (YARI TSP) initiated by students specializing in engineering departments in 2014 in IPRC Kigali Campus, as it was named, there after observing the culture of volunteers, is still not integrated and targeted well in Rwanda and worldwide, even though there are some associations, organizations or government and clubs offers different
volunteering community services in general. For example RED CROSS,WDA ,MINEDUC ,ETC.., they have done a high commitment and sustainability livelihood in the regional and all over the world so that they was our references. The ideas of volunteers group foundation come to fill the gap in the areas need a critical help oriented and related but not only to our field of education but also to involve direct services to another individual such as( canceling people on poverty mitigating and to be geared toward the general public good so that to let the community to be benefit from technical skills, career exploration) this will push citizens to understand education of their children from TVET schools to light crucial lightness to resident country and it has been an important component within the Rwandan policy to end poverty.
