VOICES Festival is a European independent film festival. It aims to discover new talents: young European
directors with their rst and second full-length movies
and to promote european cinema in Russia. For a few
days, Vologda becomes the center of a great
cinematographic adventure, the launch platform of new
ideas, new connections, new exchanges. Thus, the event
is an opportunity for a better understanding between
cultures, people and civilisations.
