*Job Description*
We are recruiting a Junior Events and Business Development Manager (full-time).
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will be twofold:
*Event Organization and Coordination*
- Design, planning, and supervision of B2B, B2C, and internal events
- Development of sales proposals tailored to the needs of clients and partners
- Management of subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staP
- Logistical and operational follow-up before, during, and after each event
- Drafting of technical documents (specifications, schedules, reports)
- Ensuring client satisfaction and professionally managing unforeseen events
*Business Development*
- Active prospecting for new clients and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Processing incoming requests, preparing quotes, and signing contracts
- Participation in defining and implementing the sales strategy
- Monitoring financial performance and achieving assigned objectives
- Representing the company at events and other public gatherings
*Desired Profile*
To join this motivated and accomplished team:
- Higher education in communication, business, event management, or hospitality
- Initial professional experience (internships, apprenticeships) (Accepted) in the events or
customer relations sector
- Ability to balance administrative tasks with on-site work
- Excellent computer skills (CRM, scheduling software)
- Excellent customer service skills, responsiveness, creativity, and ability to work under
pressure
- Driver's license required for occasional local travel

- Permanent, full-time contract (35 hours/week)
- Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a 1.5-hour lunch break
