Today we have a horrible news of passing of Andy Bonzo, we are still processing it and can't believe he has left the building.
He was a significant part of restarting Turbojugend Moscow, and a local legend in Moscow's punk scene.
We ask not only to mourn the loss of Andy, but to celebrate the life of an extraordinary man — a devoted friend, a loving father, and a true force of joy in our lives.
Andy was one of those rare souls who brought energy into every room he walked into. He loved life, and he lived it out loud. Whether it was a wild party, a quiet moment in a bar, or just a laugh shared between friends, Andy was always present—always giving you his full, fierce spirit.
He was the kind of friend you could count on, no matter what. He knew how to lift spirits, how to have a good time, and how to make everyone feel welcome. His laughter was infectious, and his generosity knew no bounds.
Andy was proud to be part of the international Turbojugend family—a community that reflected his love for music, connection, and unshakable loyalty. To know Andy was to be part of that extended family, whether you wore the kutte or not. And everyone did love him. How could you not?
But above all, Andy was a father. And he loved his daughter with everything he had. His stories, his pride, his joy—they always came back to them. Being a dad was his greatest adventure, and he gave it his whole heart.
Andy’s spirit will never truly leave us. It's in the wind that fills the sails, the music that makes us dance, and the laughter we’ll always hear when we remember him. He showed us how to live fully, love fiercely, and never take life too seriously.
We’ll miss you, Andy. But we’ll carry your light with us always.
His daughter Anastasia is asking for help with funeral, so if you have a chance to, please send it to us and we send it to her:
