Dear friends, the first day of the sessions has come to an end. Most committees have nearly completed listening to paper positions and are ready to proceed to drafting and discussing resolution drafts

The General Assembly continues discussing the agenda and listening to paper positions of member states.
In the First Committee of the General Assembly, listening to paper positions is ongoing, with countries actively using diplomatic correspondence.
The UN Volunteers committee has listened to paper positions of nearly all countries, and delegates have already begun forming coalitions for further work on the draft working paper.
ICAO has completed listening to paper positions and has moved on to discussing the drafting of the committee report.
