🇷🇴Art Without Barriers – 10 zile, 32 de tineri, o singură familie
La 21 august, 32 de tineri minunați au sosit la Arkhai Sculpture Park. Din țări diferite, cu medii diferite și povești diferite. Printre ei s-au numărat tineri tipici și tineri cu deficiențe de auz, dintre care mulți s-au întâlnit atunci pentru prima dată. Zeci de zile mai târziu, era deja greu să privim la ei ca la un grup internațional. Au devenit o familie.
Aceste zece zile nu au fost doar despre artă. Nu au fost doar despre sculptură, fotografie, storytelling vizual sau ateliere. Au trăit împreună. Au respirat împreună. Au râs împreună, au obosit împreună, au rezolvat probleme împreună. Iar după o vreme, au devenit pur și simplu indispensabili unii pentru alții.
Reflecțiile zilnice au depănat o poveste aparte. În primele zile, mulți au scris că simțeau anxietate la gândul de a se exprima în fața celorlalți. Se temeau să nu greșească. Se temeau să nu fie judecați. Își doreau să fie mai curajoși, mai încrezători. Apoi au trecut zilele. Iar pe ultima fișă de reflecție au apărut propoziții cu totul diferite. Au realizat că nu trebuie să fie perfecți pentru a fi acceptați de ceilalți. Că este permis să greșească. Că se poate vorbi chiar și atunci când nu știm exact care va fi reacția celuilalt. Că se poate comunica cu cineva cu care, doar cu câteva zile în urmă, nu știam deloc cm să interacționăm. Și ce sentiment minunat este când observăm deodată: am stat de vorbă cu toată lumea.
Creația comună poartă și ea această poveste. Pe cele patru laturi ale sculpturii au lucrat patru grupuri a câte opt persoane. Fiecare a adus ceva: o idee, o formă, o culoare, un simbol. Iar ceea ce a fost cu adevărat frumos: elementele nu au fost așezate doar unele lângă altele, ci au fost integrate împreună în întreg. Așa s-a născut o lucrare extrem de colorată, dar armonioasă, plină de simboluri personale și comune. A ieșit, poate, exact ca grupul în sine. Din 32 de oameni diferiți, o singură poveste comună.
Apoi a sosit ultima zi. Și au apărut lacrimile. Pentru că atunci când te apropie atât de mult de cineva în zece zile, despărțirea nu mai înseamnă pur și simplu încheierea unui program. Înseamnă că trebuie să pleci dintr-un loc care ți-a devenit casă.
Dar povestea noastră nu se termină aici. Creația comună rămâne la Arkhai Sculpture Park. În perioada următoare, participanții vor realiza un montaj foto-video care va istorisi povestea lor: cm s-au întâlnit, cm au lucrat împreună și cm a luat naștere sculptura. Această poveste va fi accesibilă vizitatorilor parcului prin intermediul unui cod QR. Astfel, cei care nu au fost prezenți în cele zece zile se vor putea întâlni cu ea. Poate vor vedea sculptura. Dar dacă vor scana codul, vor auzi și povestea din spatele ei. Povestea celor 32 de tineri. O poveste despre cm putem trece peste propriile temeri. Despre cm putem învăța că nu este o problemă dacă greșim. Despre cm ne putem conecta cu cineva chiar și atunci când nu vorbim aceeași limbă. Și despre cum, în doar zece zile, niște străini pot deveni o familie.
Art Without Barriers. Pentru că uneori cea mai mare barieră nu este între noi. Ci în noi.
Și uneori sunt de ajuns zece zile, un spațiu comun, puțin curaj și alți 31 de oameni pentru a realiza: nu trebuie să fim perfecți pentru a aparține unui loc. ❤️

Augusztus 21-én 32 gyönyörű fiatal érkezett az Arkhai Sculpture Parkba.
Különböző országokból, különböző háttérrel, különböző történetekkel. Voltak közöttük halló és hallássérült fiatalok, akik közül sokan akkor találkoztak először egymással.
Tíz nappal később pedig nehéz volt úgy nézni rájuk, mint egy nemzetközi csoportra.
Egy család lettek.
Ez a tíz nap nem csak a művészetről szólt. Nem csak szobrászatról, fotográfiáról, vizuális történetmesélésről vagy workshopokról.
Együtt éltek. Együtt lélegeztek. Együtt nevettek, együtt fáradtak el, együtt oldottak meg problémákat. És egy idő után egyszerűen csak egymás voltak.
A napi reflexiók különös történetet meséltek el.
Az első napokban sokan írták azt, hogy szoronganak attól, hogy mások előtt fejezzék ki magukat. Félnek attól, hogy hibáznak. Attól, hogy mások elítélik őket. Szerettek volna bátrabbak, magabiztosabbak lenni.
Aztán teltek a napok.
És az utolsó reflexiós lapon már egészen más mondatok születtek.
Rájöttek, hogy nem kell tökéletesnek lenniük ahhoz, hogy mások elfogadják őket.
Hogy szabad hibázni.
Hogy lehet megszólalni akkor is, ha nem tudjuk pontosan, mi lesz a másik reakciója.
Hogy lehet beszélgetni valakivel, akivel néhány nappal korábban még egyáltalán nem tudtuk, hogyan kommunikáljunk.
És hogy milyen jó érzés, amikor egyszer csak azt vesszük észre:
mindenkivel beszélgettünk.
A közös alkotás is valahogy ezt a történetet hordozza.
A szobor négy oldalán négy, egyenként nyolcfős csoport dolgozott. Mindenki hozzátett valamit. Egy gondolatot, egy formát, egy színt, egy szimbólumot.
És ami különösen szép volt: az elemek nem egymás mellé kerültek, hanem közösen építették bele őket az egészbe.
Így született meg egy rendkívül színes, mégis harmonikus alkotás, tele személyes és közös szimbólumokkal.
Talán éppen olyan lett, mint maga a csoport.
32 különböző emberből egyetlen közös történet.
Aztán elérkezett az utolsó nap.
És jöttek a könnyek.
Mert amikor tíz nap alatt ennyire közel kerülsz valakihez, az elválás már nem egyszerűen azt jelenti, hogy véget ér egy program.
Azt jelenti, hogy el kell menned valahonnan, ahol már otthon lettél.
De a történetünk itt még nem ér véget.
A közös alkotás az Arkhai Sculpture Parkban marad.
Az elkövetkező időszakban a résztvevők elkészítik azt a fotó- és videómontázst is, amely elmeséli majd a történetüket: hogyan találkoztak, hogyan dolgoztak együtt, és hogyan született meg a szobor.
A történet egy QR-kódon keresztül lesz elérhető az Arkhai látogatói számára.
Így azok is találkozhatnak majd vele, akik nem voltak ott azon a tíz napon.
Talán meglátják majd a szobrot.
De ha beolvassák a kódot, meghallják mögötte a történetet is.
A 32 fiatal történetét.
Egy történetet arról, hogyan lehet átlépni a saját félelmeinken.
Hogyan lehet megtanulni, hogy nem baj, ha hibázunk.
Hogyan lehet úgy kapcsolódni valakihez, hogy közben nem beszéljük ugyanazt a nyelvet.
És hogyan lehet tíz nap alatt idegenekből családdá válni.
Art Without Barriers.
Mert néha a legnagyobb akadály nem közöttünk van.
Hanem bennünk.
És néha elég tíz nap, egy közös tér, egy kis bátorság és 31 másik ember ahhoz, hogy rájöjjünk:
nem kell tökéletesnek lennünk ahhoz, hogy tartozzunk valahová. ❤️

🇬🇧Art Without Barriers – Ten Days, 32 Youth, One Family
On August 21, 32 wonderful young people arrived at Arkhai Sculpture Park. From different countries, with different backgrounds and different stories. Among them were deaf and hearing youth, many of whom were meeting each other for the very first time. Ten days later, it was hard to look at them as an international group. They had become a family.
These ten days were not just about art. They were not just about sculpture, photography, visual storytelling, or workshops. They lived together. They breathed together. They laughed together, grew tired together, solved problems together. And after a while, they simply became everything to each other.
The daily reflections told a special story. During the first few days, many wrote about feeling anxious regarding expressing themselves in front of others. They were afraid of making mistakes. Afraid of being judged. They wished to be braver and more confident. Then the days went by. And on the final reflection sheet, entirely different sentences were written. They realized they didn’t have to be perfect for others to accept them. That it’s okay to make mistakes. That it’s okay to speak up even when you don't know exactly how the other person will react. That you can talk with someone with whom, just a few days earlier, you had no idea how to communicate. And what a wonderful feeling it is when you suddenly notice: you’ve talked to everyone.
The joint artwork carries this exact story. Four groups of eight people worked on the four sides of the sculpture. Everyone contributed something: a thought, a shape, a color, a symbol. And what was truly beautiful: the elements were not just placed side by side, but integrated together into the whole. This is how an extraordinarily colorful yet harmonious creation was born, full of personal and shared symbols. It turned out, perhaps, just like the group itself. From 32 different people, one shared story.
Then came the final day. And tears began to fall. Because when you get this close to someone in ten days, saying goodbye is no longer just the end of a project. It means having to leave a place that has become home.
But our story does not end here. The joint artwork remains at Arkhai Sculpture Park. In the coming period, the participants will create a photo-video montage that will tell their story: how they met, how they worked together, and how the sculpture came to life. This story will be accessible to park visitors via a QR code. So even those who weren’t there during those ten days can experience it. They might see the sculpture. But if they scan the code, they will hear the story behind it, too. The story of 32 young people. A story about how to step across our own fears. About how to learn that it’s okay to make mistakes. About how to connect with someone even when we don’t speak the same language. And about how, in just ten days, strangers can become a family.
Art Without Barriers. Because sometimes the biggest barrier is not between us. It’s within us.
And sometimes, all it takes is ten days, a shared space, a little courage, and 31 other people to realize: we don’t have to be perfect to belong. ❤️

Vino să descoperi creațiile tinerilor, să îi întâlnești și să iei parte la o după-amiază în care arta devine cu adevărat un limbaj comun.
Art Without Barriers – pentru că nu există bariere în calea conexiunii dintre oameni. 🤍
Evenimentul este realizat cu sprijinul programului Erasmus+, organizat de Asociația Arkhai Sculpture Park, în colaborare cu Fundația Mindenki Géniusz din Ungaria, în calitate de partener.
Mâine vom avea ocazia să fim martorii nașterii unei creații colective speciale la Parcul de Sculpturi Arkhai.
În ultimele zile, 32 de tineri din România și Ungaria s-au reunit pentru a crea împreună, a se juca, a gândi și a descoperi noi forme de comunicare. Printre ei se află și 12 tineri cu deficiențe de auz.
Una dintre cele mai importante experiențe ale proiectului Art Without Barriers este aceea că, pentru a crea împreună, nu avem întotdeauna nevoie de cuvinte. Gesturile, privirile, mișcările, atenția și creativitatea sunt suficiente pentru a ne conecta unii cu ceilalți.
În ultimele zile, tinerii au participat la ateliere de pictură și modelaj în lut, exerciții de team-building și comunicare nonverbală, precum și la un workshop de creare de conținut digital. În paralel, au lucrat la o instalație colectivă, al cărei concept și a cărei formă finală au fost stabilite chiar de către participanți.
Iar mâine a sosit momentul să vă arătăm ce a devenit tot ceea ce au creat împreună. ✨

Az elmúlt napokban 32 fiatal érkezett Romániából és Magyarországról, hogy együtt alkossanak, játsszanak, gondolkodjanak és új kommunikációs formákat fedezzenek fel. Köztük 12 hallássérült fiatal is részt vesz a programban.
Az Art Without Barriers egyik legfontosabb tapasztalata éppen az, hogy a közös alkotáshoz nem mindig van szükség szavakra. Gesztusok, tekintetek, mozdulatok, figyelem és kreativitás is elegendőek ahhoz, hogy egymásra találjunk.
A fiatalok az elmúlt napokban festészeti és agyagozási műhelyeken, csapatépítő és nonverbális kommunikációs gyakorlatokon, valamint digitális tartalomkészítő workshopon vettek részt. Közben pedig egy közös installáción dolgoztak, amelynek ötletét és végső formáját ők maguk alakították ki.
Holnap pedig elérkezik a pillanat, amikor megmutatjuk, mivé formálódott mindaz, amit együtt létrehoztak.

The event is organised with the support of the Erasmus+ programme, by the Arkhai Sculpture Park Association, in cooperation with the Mindenki Géniusz Foundation from Hungary as project partner.

Tomorrow, we will have the opportunity to witness the birth of a special collective artwork at the Arkhai Sculpture Park.

Over the past few days, 32 young people from Romania and Hungary have come together to create, play, think and discover new ways of communicating. Among them are 12 young people with hearing impairments.

One of the most important experiences of Art Without Barriers is discovering that creating together does not always require words. Gestures, looks, movement, attention and creativity can be enough to connect us with one another.

Over the past days, the young participants have taken part in painting and clay workshops, team-building and non-verbal communication exercises, as well as a digital content creation workshop. At the same time, they have been working on a collective installation, whose concept and final form were shaped and decided by the participants themselves.

And tomorrow, the moment has come to show you what everything they created together has become. ✨
