We strongly support and promote Erasmus+ opportunities. We achieve all these with smile, optimism and hard work. Asociatia Tineret pentru Dezvoltare Durabila is a non-governmental organization that supports development of young people in order to contribute sustainable growth of society as a whole. The main activities are designed to enable international mobility of young people, youth exchanges, European voluntary service, themed events and communication sessions for young people. Through practical activities and non-formal education, the project explored crisis preparedness, communication, supporting groups under stress and first aid.

โ€œA valuable experience within the โ€˜Crisis Preparednessโ€™ project, where we learned to manage crisis situations, work as a team and provide first aid. Practical activities, challenges and important lessons to help us be better prepared for unexpected situations.โ€

The Youth Zone Mentorship Training brought together participants ready to learn from each other, share their experiences and strengthen their skills through cooperation and peer learning. Between workshops, discussions and plenty of moments spent together, the training created new connections and nice memories.๐Ÿ’ซ

โ€œYouth Zoneโ€ is the project implemented by Hate Fighters Network through 2-year framework partnership agreements to support Civil Society Cooperation in the field of Youth, Erasmus + in the period 01.01.2026 โ€“ 31.12.2027. Planned activities for the 2026 are structured around four thematic priorities: Human Rights and Inclusion; Safety and Well-being; Media and Digital Literacy; Active Youth Participation; and 2 transversal initiatives focused on EU programme promotion and volunteering. Network-level activities such as the Youth Zone Mentorship Programme, the annual planning meeting and the pilot volunteer exchange at the โ€œCome to Amfiโ€ festival will further strengthen cooperation, peer learning and capacity development within the network.
Activities will be organized through Hate Fighters Network in 12 European countries in the period of 12 months โ€“ 01/01/2026 to 31/12/2026. โ€œYouth Zoneโ€ project is co-funded by the European Union.

From 7 to 12 September, 2 youth workers from Romania joined the ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐™๐จ๐ง๐ž ๐Œ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ ๐“๐ซ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐‚๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ๐ž in ๐Ÿ“Niลก, Serbia, bringing their curiosity, experience and motivation to learn more about developing Erasmus+ projects.

The training was designed for youth workers and organisations at the beginning of their Erasmus+ journey, focusing on the practical basics needed to turn ideas into projects. Throughout the training, participants explored project proposal development, community building, fundraising and co-financing opportunities, partnership development, online communication and organisational visibility.

For the youth workers selected by ATDD this was aN opportunity to strengthen their knowledge, exchange experiences with other participants and gain new tools to support future Erasmus+ initiatives.

Between 7โ€“11 September, youth workers and experts representing the consortium partners came together in Niลก, Serbia for the โ€œMeeting of the Experts and Training of the Clinic Coordinatorsโ€ to prepare and plan the local implementation of the NextGen Clinic, the core of the project.

The clinic will bring together ๐ญ๐ฐ๐จ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ž๐ฌ: ๐๐ž๐ฑ๐ญ๐†๐ž๐ง ๐€๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ข๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐„๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐ž๐ฉ๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐ž๐ฎ๐ซ, supporting young people who want to develop a business idea and take their first steps towards entrepreneurship, and ๐๐ž๐ฑ๐ญ๐†๐ž๐ง ๐‰๐จ๐› ๐’๐ž๐ž๐ค๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ, focused on helping young people prepare for employment through practical guidance, skills development and support throughout their job search.

During the meeting, we worked on the structure, methodology, support services and monitoring and evaluation system of the clinics, preparing the coordinators for the next stage: bringing the programmes to young people at local level.

And, of course, we also had some time to explore Niลก and enjoy the city together!๐Ÿ’™

โœ…Throughout the project, participants explored how to evaluate online information, recognize disinformation and use AI tools critically and responsibly, while reflecting on the role of algorithms in shaping what we see and believe online.
