Asociatia Tineret pentru Dezvoltare Durabila is a non-governmental organization that supports development of young people in order to contribute sustainable growth of society as a whole. The main activities are designed to enable international mobility of young people, youth exchanges,

European voluntary service, themed events and communication sessions for young people. Our association is active since 2010 and we have participated in numerous national and international projects.The organization has partnerships with institutions and organizations in most European countries: Spain, France, Italy, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Turkey, Lithuania, Latvia , Estonia, Bulgaria, Portugal.

🚨𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐛 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐕𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐃𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐢, 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚!🇷🇴✨

𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟒 🌿 gave everyone the chance to relax and connect through a sightseeing trip including a boat ride on Colibita lake and a beautiful nature trail.⛰️

𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟓 🚀 marked the beginning of the co-creation phase, with sessions prepared and facilitated by the group leaders from each participating country. Through interactive activities, participants explored entrepreneurship, adaptability, creativity in business and employability skills, while learning through SWOT analysis how to transform weaknesses into strengths.💡✨

𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟔 🎬 focused on digital skills, content creation and video-making activities centered around idea generation and storytelling for the future. The evening ended with a memorable Oscar Night celebration.

𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟕 ❤️ brought emotional closing moments through dissemination planning, final evaluations, the Youthpass certificate ceremony and the long-awaited Secret Friend reveal.

After days full of learning, collaboration and intercultural experiences, everyone leaves Vatra Dornei with new friendships, valuable skills and memories that will last far beyond the project.✨

✨ 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐛 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐕𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐃𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐢, 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚!🇷🇴

The first days of the project were all about connection, creativity and discovering the power of teamwork. Through energisers, ice-breakers and interactive activities, 34 young people slowly transformed from strangers into one international family.🤝🌍

During 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏, participants got to know each other better, explored the Erasmus+ framework and created a safe space full of positive energy. The evening ended with intercultural night of Romania and Italy.🇷🇴 🇮🇹

𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐 focused on communication, teamwork and self-discovery. Through teambuilding activities, “The Derdians” challenge, debates and self-reflection sessions, participants explored what truly matters most in life and how our priorities shape the way we communicate, work and grow.

On 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟑 participants stepped into the world of entrepreneurship and employability through creative company-building activities and interactive theatre plays based on controversial interview situations. Intercultural nights of Spain and Poland. 🇪🇸 🇵🇱

𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟓 kicked off the co-creation phase, as participants set the direction for 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬: 📱𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 🎥𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬-𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨 𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬

Teams designed and developed interactive games to help young people practice critical thinking, focusing on AI, fake news detection and identifying AI-generated content.🎮

𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟔 was dedicated to creativity and production, with participants creating their video tutorials, powerful, informative and engaging materials about responsible AI use. The day ended with a memorable Oscars Night, celebrating and awarding the best videos. 🎬🏆

𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟕 focused on reflection and future impact. Participants developed action plans for dissemination, planning how to bring the results back to their local communities. 🌍

We closed the experience with a final evaluation using the Blob Tree method and personal impression papers, capturing the learning journey, emotions and key takeaways from the project.📝💭

🚨𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭.𝐀𝐈 continues in the heart of the Polish mountains!🇵🇱🏔️✨

Days 3 and 4 of our Training Course brought the perfect balance between deep reflection, practical learning and cultural exploration.

Day 3 started with a dynamic AI Speed Dating activity, where participants rotated through short conversations around different topic-related questions. This gave everyone the chance to exchange personal experiences, perspectives and concerns about subjects such as the future of AI in education, ethics in technology and the growing impact of artificial intelligence in our daily lives.🧠💬

Later, we turned detecting AI-generated images into a race-style challenge, with teams analysing visuals against the clock to spot signs of manipulation. In the afternoon, mixed-country teams shared real cases from their communities, reflecting on both the positive impact of AI and the risks of misinformation caused by its misuse.⚡

Day 4 gave us the opportunity to take a hike in the Tatra Mountains, surrounded by incredible landscapes.🏔️🤝
After the hike, the group visited Zakopane, where participants experienced the atmosphere of one of Poland’s most iconic mountain towns, discovering local culture, architecture and traditions together.

🚨 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭.𝐀𝐈 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐮𝐫𝐳𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐥𝐞, 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝! 🇵🇱✨

Day 1 was all about building our group energy and creating a space where everyone feels connected. Through ice-breakers, energisers and a fun Treasure Hunt, we started turning 33 strangers into one international team. 🤝🌍

We also explored the Erasmus+ framework and other European Union funded opportunities that continue to empower young people across Europe. The day ended in the best way possible with intercultural nights from Romania, Türkiye and Serbia. 🇷🇴🇹🇷🇷🇸

In Day 2 ⚡ we dived into the heart of the project with our first AI 101 session, understanding AI models, learning better prompting techniques and discovering fact-checking methods for AI-generated content.

🧠💡Participants then explored 6 different AI tools from areas like:

🎧 audio generation
🌐 translation
💬 AI companion tools
After getting familiar with each platform, participants worked in teams to create AI Blueprints -> creative presentation materials designed to explain the best ways to use each tool, while also highlighting the hidden risks and ethical challenges that can appear when using AI platforms without critical thinking. 📌⚠️

✨ Asociația Tineret pentru Dezvoltare Durabilă anunță cu entuziasm lansarea unui nou proiect dedicat consolidării eforturilor de combatere a dezinformării și manipulării în mediul digital: „ResilientMind – Mintea rezistentă la manipulare și dezinformare”. 🤗

Echipa este pregătită să valorifice experiența acumulată și să o împărtășească, lucrând cu profesionalism, energie și angajament alături de partenerii din consorțiu pentru a asigura succesul acestui demers pe parcursul celor doi ani de implementare. 💪🏼

🌍 Ligue de l’Enseignement de la Loire 🇫🇷, în colaborare cu partenerii ATDD 🇷🇴, V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University 🇺🇦, GREEN SOLUTIONS LAB 🇧🇬, GO Alive 🇬🇷 și Sürdürülebilir Yarınlar Derneği 🇹🇷 implementează un Parteneriat de Cooperare Erasmus+ în domeniul Tineretului, intitulat „ResilientMind – Mintea rezistentă la manipulare și dezinformare”.

ℹ️ Despre ce este vorba?
Obiectivul principal al proiectului ResilientMind este de a consolida reziliența digitală, gândirea critică și alfabetizarea în domeniul inteligenței artificiale în rândul tinerilor și lucrătorilor de tineret, astfel încât aceștia să poată recunoaște și combate eficient manipularea, dezinformarea și conținutul digital înșelător.

💭 Ce vom face?
✔️ Vom dezvolta un cadru inovator, incluziv, bazat pe competențe și conținuturi de formare modulare
✔️ Vom crea un instrument digital de evaluare bazat pe joc
✔️ Vom dezvolta o platformă MOOC cu acces deschis, susținută de inteligență artificială
✔️ Vom sprijini tinerii să devină cetățeni digitali activi, informați și responsabili

📆 Proiectul ResilientMind va fi implementat în perioada 01.01.2026 – 31.12.2027 în Franța, Ucraina, România, Bulgaria, Grecia și Turcia. Este cofinanțat de Uniunea Europeană.

📌The second focus group within the NextGen Opportunity project gathered a group of 11 youngsters (students, recent graduates, unemployed youth, aspiring freelancers and young people exploring entrepreneurial paths).

🎙️The discussion created a safe and open space for participants to share personal experiences related to the transition from education to employment and the realities of starting a career in Romania.

❗️Participants highlighted several key challenges young people face when entering the labour market. Among the most frequently mentioned were: 🔘the lack of practical experience required by employers and 🔘poor career guidance during education.

💼 When discussing entrepreneurship, participants pointed out additional barriers such as 🔘theoretical entrepreneurship education with little practical application, 🔘limited access to mentoring and coaching and 🔘fear of financial instability.

The group also explored possible solutions that could support young people in building sustainable careers, such as:
✅introducing mandatory paid internships during university studies, aligned with students’ fields of study;
✅strengthening practical entrepreneurship education through workshops led by active entrepreneurs;
✅implementing regular career counselling sessions in schools and universities;

KOM 018 - Club for Youth Empowerment 018 / Klub za osnaživanje mladih 018🇷🇸, together with Asociatia Tineret pentru Dezvoltare Durabila 🇷🇴, Regionalna razvojna agencija "Jug"🇷🇸, Beyond Borders Italy 🇮🇹, Blackwater Training 🇮🇪, The Nordic Crew🇩🇰 and Youth Progress Czech Republic🇨🇿 implement the NextGen Opportunity project, a bold and forward-thinking initiative aimed at addressing youth unemployment and improving access to opportunities for young people, especially those from vulnerable backgrounds across Europe.

The project is carried out between 01.11.2025 – 31.10.2027 in Czech Republic, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Romania and Serbia and is co-funded by the European Union 🇪🇺.
