On March 3rd and 4th, Mundus Bulgaria carried out its final round of local events for refugees, which took place at the STEM centre in Sofia and included a dynamic programme of activities ranging from physical activity games to board and problem-solving games! Young refugees met with peers from local NGO partners to make new connections and enlarge their community 👯‍♀️🌞⛳️🥎🤸‍♂️

During our Local Activities we have discuss in the language of the host country about Sport played in every Country
It was really interesting to see how sport unites 🤝⛹️‍♂️

The local activity which took place in Italy was the result of the implementation of the "Sport For Refugees" project which had a very positive impact on territory for a pilot period which ended on Saturday 24/02/2024 with the final event.
The protagonists were young people from a refugee and migrant context, volunteers and professionals who were ambassadors and developed a clear vision for the mission of this project which was carried out mainly within the context of local activities.
In this comparison, many positive things emerged, memories and dreams and it is no coincidence that the final event then resulted in a football tournament in a field booked for us in another meeting place where it was nice to see inclusion as a point evident and entering a period of personal development and social integration using sport as a non-formal educational tool was a great satisfaction for us and for the project.
